We loved our stay here! Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do, parking was easy, and Carroll was quickly to respond. The house was very comfortable and one of the most well stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was clean and having the alarm system made us feel extra safe and secure! The welcome food and drink was such a lovely and kind touch that we really appreciated after a full day of driving from Maryland. Would definitely recommend and we have family in the area so we plan to be back!

This house is beautiful and very well thought out. It's the perfect place to stay for awhile. I love that they have bikes available and everything is so cozy! It feels more like staying in a home than a rental. As someone who has lived in Buffalo before this is also a really great location, central to everything and a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. And I had no problem finding street parking on this small street the whole time I was there.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting the area. The street is so quaint and charming. The house was very well stocked and the kitchen has very good appliances. The patio is fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the good hospitality.

Our best VRBO stay ever! This was our first trip to Buffalo and we highly recommend it. The property is actually cuter than the pictures show and was immaculately clean. The host anticipated anything we could possibly need and made us feel like we were old friends who she was excited to have visit by leaving us anything we could possibly need. Carroll was also very communicative and gave us great recommendations.We enjoyed the front porch and the back yard fire pit. When I was booking I was nervous about how walkable the neighborhood would be and where we would park. On street parking was easy and safe. We also walked to dinner, shops and a cute little market in a park. We always felt safe, even after dark.Roseland's Atlas was an Italian restaurant that we walked to for dinner - I didn't see any kids there, but we went at 7.Southern Junction was also a restaurant within walking distance but we didn't eat there - it smelled great and was always busy.The Anchor Bar - the iconic place famous for inventing Buffalo wings - is only a mile away! We didn't walk but we could have.Bread Hive - a great spot for breakfast about a block away.Stitch Buffalo - an awesome place helping refugees through textile crafting and offering public classes. They have a cute store too. Right across from Southern Junction.Wegmans is my new favorite grocery store - wish they were in Michigan!If you go to a Sabers game, try dinner at Hofbrauhaus - go before 5 or with a reservation.

The home is very well kept and clean. The beds were great. The host had many food items in the kitchen which was a welcome surprise. We enjoyed the games. The alarm system was easy to use. The neighborhood felt safe. It was close to many restaurants and bars. Overall we loved our stay.

The house was super clean and the quality of bed linens and kitchen equipment was well above average, same with the toiletries provided and food staples left for us The owners communicated promptly and left a very generous welcome pack, far beyond what is customary. The house was in a charming location and on a very quiet street.The only slight drawback is that the interior is quite dark so you need lights on in the daytime and only having one railing next to the wall on the staircase might be a problem for young children or older guest. However, for us, it was a very positive experience and we would certainly be happy to stay there again.
