Villa Like Heaven n'a pas ce nom pour rien. Vous vous sentirez comme le paradis dans cette maison dès la première minute. Sur environ 165 m² habitables, vous trouverez un espace de vie lumineux et convivial avec une cuisine américaine ouverte avec bar et salle à manger, une chambre parentale avec salle de bain attenante à la lumière naturelle, une douche surdimensionnée et des toilettes séparées et 2 autres chambres. Il ya une salle de bain privée avec lumière naturelle et une grande douche. Les nombreuses "petites choses" amoureusement assemblées que la Villa Like Heaven tient à votre disposition, rendent vos vacances certainement parfaites. Laissez votre corps et votre âme se faire dorloter par le flair de la maison, qui vous invite à vous détendre avec une belle piscine avec yacuzzi, des plantes dans la piscine, des chaises longues confortables et des meubles de patio. La terrasse surdimensionnée de la piscine dure toute la journée au soleil et s'il fait trop chaud pour vous, vous pouvez profiter de votre boisson rafraîchissante dans la piscine près d'une petite table de billard ou simplement vous retirer sous la terrasse couverte. La grande terrasse sur l'eau avec un coin salon confortable est un bon endroit pour se détendre. Ici vous pouvez également attirer du poisson à la canne à pêche, regarder les tortues plonger ou simplement profiter de la vue sur la belle nature. Également explorer les nombreux cours d'eau et les lacs avec un bateau loué à partir de la jetée est possible. Villa Like Heaven est situé au milieu d'un magnifique jardin planté de plantes tropicales et de palmiers. Dans le garage double non seulement votre voiture trouvera de l'espace, mais voici également la canne à pêche et les équipements de plage tels que des chaises longues, parasols, glacières etc prêt pour vous.

This ended up being a perfect home to spend our 20th wedding anniversary in. Thank you for having us. We can hardly wait to come back again. The home was beautiful and clean. The host was easy to get in touch with and check in and out were a breeze and quick! The hot tub and pool were both great for relaxing at the house and the home was near by to a lot of fun things to do and great places to eat.

50th wedding anniversary vacation

It was a wonderful peaceful home with restaurants close by. The pool was great. It rained quite a bit in the evenings so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub or tiki hut. But still very much enjoyed our stay

Lovely Home

This home is in a beautiful, quiet location. It is clean and comfortable, with a great pool and spa. Close to Matlacha and Pine Island, as well as nearby groceries. We loved it!

We had the most relaxing time. We grilled, we enjoyed some great restaurants and the grandchildren loved the pool. They really enjoyed watching all the turtles in the canal. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing Escape

We loved the house, the relaxed vibe, and the great surroundings. The pool and hot tub were great for our family to enjoy (heating worked great for enjoying in November), and the view was beautiful. We also enjoyed renting kayaks and paddleboards in the canal. It was a perfect escape!

Great house!

We had a great time! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The pool and hot tub were perfect and clean as well. The tiki hut on the huge dock was also nice. Safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back!

It’s all about the pool area!

We had such a great week in this house. I brought 4 16 year olds and we had a blast. The house is exactly as described and the pool area is perfection. We also loved the area down by the canal, it’s so relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Very clean home

This house was wonderful. Rental company very friendly and prompt with any concerns. Pool was warm and hot tub heated up quickly. We really enjoyed this house. House was well stocked with cooking items. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing!! Can't say enough!

We loved this property!! From the second we walked in the door, it was perfect. The cleanliness was superb and had everything we needed. The little touches with soap, cleaning supplies, rugs, towels and welcome note with cookies was really appreciated. Couldn't say enough good things!! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Amazing!

We loved this property! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was extremely easy and we would definitely tilt be back. Our favorite was the pool/patio area & the canal behind the house. The hot tub worked amazing and the kids had a blast swimming. We fished, saw otters, turtles and enjoyed the amazing flowers on property! Would definitely be back!

Nice Place

The house was very clean upon entry and it was just as nice as it was shown online. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool area and it was very nice. The kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking. We felt right at home. Property management was very prompt and helpful, but we really didn't have any problems. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Like Heaven and would recommend.

Thoroughly Enjoyed

We just return home from our trip to Cape Coral, and could not have a more positive reaction to our stay Villa Like Heaven. The listing and pictures were entirely accurate, the BMI Team’s communication before and during our stay was excellent, and the location was perfect with plenty of nearby grocery/restaurant options. Nice place in Cape Coral!

This was a very nice house for our family vacation this year! The pool and spa were the added bonus we were looking for and definitely put to good use. The management was extremely attentive to any needs. The only thing that was questionable to me was being charged for the electricity usage for the week. I knew it upfront before committing to the rental, but I rent MANY places each year through VRBO and I have never been asked to subsidize their electric bill. Wasn’t a complete dealbreaker, and I would still suggest this as a nice place to stay!

Regarding your objection regarding electricity costs, we would like to point out that the constantly rising energy costs also have an impact on vacation rentals and that all landlords in Cape Coral have a regulation regarding the allocation of electricity costs. These are of different nature. Often an allowance is granted and the additional costs are calculated with relatively high rates so that you have no overview. We have chosen the, in our opinion, transparent way by choosing a moderate rate for the electricity unit and you only pay for your own consumption. We hope that this regulation will also lead to a conscious use of resources. Stay well! The BMI Team

Villa Like Heaven

Everything in the photos is a solid representation of what you will experiance if you choose to vacation here. Check In was very easy, and Janna had the house looking just beautiful for our arrival. We did have a few minor things that we pointed out that needed some attention, and Janna was quick to get it taken care of for us. The location was what we wanted, and since there are multiple grocery stores within 10 mins, we never had far to go to pick up food and beverages. The pool/lanai was our favorite place to spend our days. The hot tub was a welcomed extra on the cool nights. We would definitely stay here again if it's available when we come down again! If you're looking for a vacation home in Cape Coral, I Highly recommend Villa Like Heaven!

Amazing

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Very clean and fully stocked with anything you need to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, which is where we spent most of our vacation. My father and daughter enjoyed seeing all the turtles swim by in the canal. Fireworks from the pool on New Years was a surprising very amazing treat for us! Angelina was delightful , so helpful and accommodating. Shout out to the maintenance guy Sam and his son who came out and helped my husband find the Packer game on TV! Great Memories Were Made

We had a GREAT time at this Cape Coral Location. It's near lots of fun places like Matlache, St. James, Fort Meyer's Beach and Sanibel Island. Great opportunities to visit the islands surrounding with charters/boats. We loved sitting in the beautifully lit lanai at night and watching a movie with drinks. The kids enjoyed the hot tub/pool feature which we thought was super unique how it could be a waterfall, OR heat up to a hot tub in under 30 min. We enjoyed fishing off the doc and the little Tiki Hut out back. The only thing we noticed (and this is out of the owners hands) was that the water level was SUBSTANTIALLY lower in the channel than shown in the pictures. However, it did NOT affect our trip. Loved having a washer and dryer and we slept great in the beds. We would definitely come here again.
