Great location and beach

We had a great time! close to the beach and interior waterway, very well equipped with beach gear and kayaks. Traveled around in the golf cart to the southern tip and hiked around the point. Host was amazing to work with and very accommodating, would definitley go back again!!

Perfect Beach Cottage

We absolutely loved this home. From the moment we walked in, it felt so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and had all the supplies that anyone would need. The home was also so convenient to the beach access which was truly just a few minutes walk. The host, Erik, communicated everything to us perfectly.We could not have been more pleased with him or our stay in this home.

My family and I had an excellent time at this property for the 4th of July. I had family come in from Louisiana to visit so I could show them some of the best of North Carolina, and this place was a hit! The location was great, just a very brief (1-2 minute) walk to the nearest beach access, and a short drive to other amenities like restaurants, stores, and other fun activities on the island. With a refundable security deposit and a waiver, we got free access to the nicest golf cart I've ever seen! It seated six, had speakers, a backup camera, blinkers, and was very helpful for transporting the whole beach setup from the house to the access point. Erik was very communicative and responsive, and he was very timely with sharing the information we needed for check-in/check-out well in advance. Our stay was excellent! Everything was clean and well-put together. It looks like it was recently renovated and it's well taken cared of. It came stocked with everything we needed, which was very helpful. Nice big TV in the living room, very cozy space. We also appreciated the outdoor shower and beach gear that also came with the rental! Overall, we had a great time and would certainly stay here again. This is an excellent place to stay if you want a relaxing beach weekend with family.
