Second floor of two-family home. Beautifully furnished, luxury 2 Br apt. Entire apartment to yourself, with private entrance and large screened in porch. Safe quiet street located in city center 6 minutes to Xavier and 11 mins to the Univ of Cincinnati & Downtown. Grocery store 5 mins and gas station 3 mins. Wi-Fi included.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet

We needed a place on very short notice and didn’t expect to find such an elegant setting. With a large dining room and living room, it would be perfect for hosting others. The keyless check in/out went without a hitch.

Clean & tidy home with space

The solar light outside the property displaying the location was a nice touch, especially if coming back after dark. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The accommodations were clean and as advertised. We felt very comfortable here. All the amenities were as advertised. Nicely done.

Cute quiet place

Nicely set up. I didn’t realize the sleeping arrangements for the 5th adult were an air mattress. The host asked that no one sleep on the couches and said there are cameras, so I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the air mattress in the living room. I live in town, so I went back to my house, and my friends stayed at the apartment. The coffee maker didn’t work and the only knife that worked was the serrated knife, but we were able to cook dinner.
