Family of 8 on our first vacation together. The back yard was amazing!Very comfortable and roomy enough inside that we weren’t crowded. The house isn’t brand new, but is well maintained. They have everything you need for the pool area. If you need a blender, bring your own.We left the little charcoal grill we bought there. We would definitely go back to that same property if we go to Pensacola again!

The house, pool and hot tub weren’t cleaned. Garbage left in one of the bathrooms and a closet. Spills on the floor. Out door Cushions and tables moldy couldn’t use them. Very disappointed in so much.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your stay wasn't as comfortable as we'd hoped. Our hot tub and pool cleaners were sent out as soon as they could get there, and the outdoor cushions and tables are being replaced so the outdoor spaces stay fresh and welcoming. Our team regularly checks the home to make sure it's ready for each guest, and we're committed to keeping it well maintained for everyone who stays.

Pensacola stay

The house was wonderful! We truly enjoyed our week stay. The pool, hot tub and backyard were amazing and we enjoyed them every day we were there. It was a great location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, shopping, The Blue Angels, etc. we will definitely be back!

Fun vacation

We had a great time at this property. We liked the pool and hot tub as well as the secluded backyard. There was a few things that needed to be fixed but otherwise it was nice.

Quiet neighborhood

We were in Pensacola for a wedding and found this property perfect for us. It was close to the venue and just a short drive to beaches. The home was clean, nicely furnished and the backyard pool area beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay—nice was nicely appointed, great hot tub ( pool was beautiful but we didn’t use it!), great quiet neighborhood central to all our activities and beaches. Thanks for sharing your home was th us—Pensacola is a beautiful laid back destination!

Very Cozy!

We enjoyed staying here so much! We came for the Blue Angel home coming show & didn’t stay on the beach bc my two young kids have a terrible skin reaction between the sand and the salt water. They loved “swimming” in the hot tub. Everything was clean and easy access. It’s located in an old family neighborhood and on Halloween everyone was out w their kiddos trick or treating or on golf carts. We loved the vibe! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Pensacola FL vacation.

The property was clean except for the carpet throughout the house. The cleaning company attempted to shampoo the carpet before we got there and it made the carpets in my opinion worse. Everything else about the house is great. Everything we needed was there. The pool and hot tub were great. The kids spent hours swimming. The house was close to everything. So location is excellent.

Our Vacation

The place was beautiful, wish we could stay there forever! Hot tub is nice for us older people. The kids enjoyed the pool! Once we figured out the area, everything was convenient. We love that the house wasn’t too far from Peridido and the beaches down that way. We had some bad weather so we were in the house quite a bit. The house is set up nice where you can do stuff by yourself or as a family. Very roomy. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. The price was reasonable too!!

Christmas Get Away

The property was an overall relaxing get away for our Christmas holiday break. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, due to colder weather and rain. The only minor concern was that two pot & pans were not entirely clean when we found them in the cabinet. Not a huge issue for us and we were able to handwash them easily.

Terrible check in due to locked doors and no key available

It took us a little over 1 hour to get in the property.. The owner was willing to help but I ended up finding a extra hideaway key and tried it and it finally worked.. It definitely was not the best experience as we had traveled 5 hours with several kids that were irritable. The wheel on the gas grill was broken, the vent leading to the hot water heater was hanging off, the left front eye on the stove did not work and the hot tub did not work.. I was refunded $50 for our inconveniences. The AC worked well and the beds were comfortable. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the beach due to traffic.

Hi Andrea, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We sincerely apologize that you could not get into the property promptly. Unfortunately, our cleaner locked all the doorknob locks upon leaving, but we did what we could to provide a spare key right away. We hope the small refund made up for some of the inconvenience - The pipe on the water heater somehow got knocked around, and we were unaware. It has now been repaired. We were also not aware of any issues with the stove. We wish you had let us know of these issues during your stay so we could have provided immediate assistance - The hot tub has been repaired as well Thanks for taking the time to leave a review as we continue to improve for our future guests!
