3 beds 2 bath with private pool + water view! Located in a quiet neighborhood with security patrol. The neighborhood also offers a community pool, tennis court and playground within walking distance. Absolutely no pets allowed.

We are located only 5 miles from Disney Parks, Universal, outlet malls and amazing restaurant options.

Private screened in pool for the family to enjoy.

The home has a private driveway which will comfortably fit 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. There is street parking for extra vehicles if needed in front of the home. Front door access is provided with electronic coded security deadbolt.

Home is equipped with exterior security video monitoring(Rear door/pool and front door).
Pets are allowed with a pet cleaning charge per pet prior to booking. Homes are deep cleaned after pet stays to ensure we are hypoallergenic

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting the Disney parks. The house was very clean. Communication with the owners was top notch. We had no issues during our stay. Note for future travelers: the kitchen is bare of all food (no spices, oil, etc.), and the initial supply of items such as dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper supplies, etc. is enough for only a couple days. Plan to bring your own or purchase nearby.

Great place for families visiting the area. Easy to drive to all the parks. Plenty of food and shopping very close by. Quiet neighborhood. House is well stocked with activities for the kids, pool, board games, Ping pong and air hockey, tvs in all rooms. Highly recommend.

Our stay at The Den was absolutely perfect. The villa was immaculately clean and well-maintained, boasting all the necessary facilities and more. Its spacious and comfortable layout was ideal for unwinding after a day out.The neighbourhood was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, offering a genuine sense of privacy. However, the location couldn’t have been better; we were conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making exploration effortless.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always respected our privacy. Overall, The Den exceeded our expectations in every way, a fantastic place to stay and one we’d happily return to.

The house was very clean and spacious, and convenient to other family members that stayed in the area. As well as convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. in the area. The pool was lovely, but the water was cold. So we were not able to really use it. That was super disappointing. If there was a heated option, there were no directions available.Another downside is that we had to haul a garbage bin down to the street, filled with a huge amount of garbage from the previous tenants, on our first night there. Seems that should have been handled. Also, it was requested that we fill/top up the pool, as the owners indicated that they had notification from the pump that the water level was low. Both of these things were a bit frustrating, as our arrival to the property was very late due to a mechanical flight delay....so these were a bit of a hassle, on an evening/night when we were already a bit fried.But otherwise the property is as advertised, and the hosts were prompt in their responses.

Thanks for the feedback and review Robert. I wanted to clarify the pool has optional heat and we offered in the listing details and in the check in message. We were flip it on anytime but we never heard any requests from you. As for the trash and pool water addition, we want to give our guests as much privacy as possible and our pool guy didn't want to be awkward hanging out on the back patio for 30mins to add a few inches of water. Trash going out on your check in day is something we can't control, the days of collection are the days of collection. Our last guest checked out a few days prior so they weren't rolled down as our HOA doesn't allow the cans to sit out for days. Please let us know next time these are hassles and we can send help anytime. We are always one message away. -Mike T

I rented as a girls trip / graduation gift with my daughter and a friend. The property was recently updated and very nice. The owners were great with communication, even giving reminders to take out trash and recycling. The location was very convenient to lots of different venues. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We have travelled to Orlando for the past 4 years to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This has been the cleanest and most up-to-date property. No leftover hair or specks of dirt anywhere. The dishes in the cabinets were clean and the cookware were up-to-date and usable. I have seen some things. Check in and communication were great.

Nice, relaxing place

The property was really nice, It was quiet and fairly private and it was nice to just float in the pool and lounge in the sun while listening to the birds and nature. The house has a very homey atmosphere with a lot of space for family and a nice living area.

Peace away from the hustle and bustle

Great location. Close to all the attractions, but nestled in a cozy neighborhood. Wildlife and pond make the setting wonderful. And the amenities were awesome.

What a wonderful place to chill out

Booked this house to see a few Central Florida attractions: Disney, minor league baseball, space launch, all within easy reach, and ended up spending a lot of time just chilling out by the pool and watching the ducks hang out by the pond. So relaxing. Owners were very easy to reach and very accommodating, and the house had everything we needed to make it a comfortable week. Wouldn't mind staying here again if we come back to Orlando.
