This home was equipped with everything you would need and then some! This beautiful home is perfect for families, we had 8 people and it was perfect size for all of us. The home was very clean and comfortable for all. We loved all the amenities this home had to offer! James was great host! We hope to stay here again some day!

My husband, granddaughters and I really had an awesome stay at Tropical palms! The pool, hot tub and lanai were absolutely amazing! Wheelchair accessible entrance was great for the 3 year old! Unfortunately the hot water tank burst on our second day there (what are you going to do things like that happen) and James had plumbers there to replace it within an hour! What more could you ask for when the unforseen happens! Thank you for a great trip! Hope to come back again! The McCall family

We stayed here 2 years ago the family agreed when we come back to cape coral we will alway rent this property it is great for are disabled son in a wheelchair we all love the pool and the house is beautiful and has everything a family will need during your stay and James is quick to respond to any concerns a great guy to work with couldn't ask for a better host your concerns is his concerns also if you haven't stayed at tropical palms villa you need to try it your family will love it and will look forward for the next trip so they can stay at this property beautiful in every perspective thank you James can't wait until we can return for another stay

This vacation home was absolutely one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed. The home is immaculate and very well appointed. Tons of amenities and activities for the whole family. The pool and spa are worth the visit alone. James, the owner/host was phenomenal to deal with and was very accommodating. He is what all hosts should strive to be like. This home truly is a wheelchair accessible property. We would definitely return to this property.

We spent most of our week enjoying the amazing pool. House is good, wished there were somegrab bars by the toilets in the master baths.Owner is a pleasure and has instructions through the house for anything that may come up.Overall we had a great stay and was wonderful for my handicap husband to enjoy the house, pool and grounds.

Thank you for your comments. I am glad to hear that you had a great stay and that your husband found the home to be very accessible! I am a little disappointed that you didn't find your visit to be absolutely perfect, though. We always want guests to walk away with that "wow" feeling, and it's actually been almost 8 years since we have received less than a perfect review. It sounds like the grab bars were the issue that prevented the perfect experience for you. There is actually a grab bar next to the toilet in the second master bathroom, and we have a set of portable grab bars tucked away in a closet that can be used in the first master bathroom. I'm guessing you may not have known about this, which is unfortunate as we did touch base earlier in your visit, but I didn't know until this review that you had an issue with the grab bars. I'm glad you enjoyed the house regardless. Thanks so much for your visit!!

This was the most amazing place! The home had plenty of room for our sibling get together of 10 adults. James, our host, was so helpful with every aspect of the process, from check-in to check-out. The home is fully automated, which is really fantastic for someone using a wheelchair. The pool and lanai were beautiful and were used every day of our stay. My brother even went outside on the last morning to say goodbye to the pool! We saw fish, turtles, pelicans, ibis, herons, egrets, and osprey all from the dock or the lanai. The burrowing owls throughout the neighborhood were fun to watch too. The skies even put on a spectacular lightning show the last evening of our stay. There is so much to do in the house you should never be bored. Absolutely wonderful place to stay!
