Cozy beach condo & just steps to the Atlantic Ocean

The Sea Woods community is truly unique in that it has preserved the gorgeous native landscape of Florida literally right around you (versus a concrete high rise without any character). The location of the condo couldn’t be better - right down the street from one of the main pools AND the trail leading to the beach. You are also a close drive to all the local restaurants and shopping that New Smyrna beachside offers!

The condo features a master bedroom with a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a large (newly renovated!) shower. A large walk-in closet features, extra pillows, and twin roll-a-way. Large armoire is stocked with extra linens, blankets, pillows, towels & beach towels. You can access the patio via the master bedroom or living room.

The living room features plenty of seating and a queen size pull-out sofa bed. Two TV's (one in living room and one in master) include cable and all streaming options: Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+, etc. You will find several games, puzzles, books and a binder in the credenza of the living room. We also have a binder with lots of local information and menus from of our favorite restaurants.

The dining room table can seat 6 with the addition of the bench at entryway. A full washer/dryer is present in the front closet as well. The kitchen provides all necessary items for cooking.

The back patio is perfect for a quiet spot to enjoy the outdoors, especially in the evening! The patio closet provides beach and pool accessories including beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, buckets and a few beach toys.
