We enjoyed our stay very much, the unit is clean and very spacious with all that you need to enjoy the beach and feel at home! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. But needs remodeling

This condo is on the 6th floor with an excellent ocean view. The pool was great and there was easy access to the beach. The condo itself was incredibly outdated but I knew that from the pictures. However, what I did not know is that the queen bed in the guest room was very uncomfortable. And, some of the towels felt like sandpaper. If they want to continue to rent this property, they need to invest in a new bed and better towels, linens etc.

The condo was conveniently located and had a nice view of the ocean. It does need some updating. The living room couch was too soft and swallowed us up when we sat in it. The master bed however was very comfortable. I would update some of the cooking utensils as some of them appeared to have dried food or rust on them. The updated appliances were nice. We were lead to believe the washer and dryer would be in the unit but it was not. It is on the floor for all tenants/renters to use. The front door swelled when it rained making it hard to open and close. The key pad system on the front door didn’t lock every time. We sometimes had to try our code several times in order for it to actually lock. If you need to communicate with the property manager, you should call them instead of messaging them as I messaged a couple times and never received a response. For the price, it was ok but definitely needs updating.

New Smyrna Stay

The condo was nice and roomy. Overall was nice but I do have a few requests and concerns, In my opinion, need some attention....... The living room furniture (chairs) were lawn chairs. Not really acceptable for a condo. We were very disappointed in this aspect. Each bathroom was only stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper. That is really unfortunate when you have to go searching for toilet paper. The condo sleeps at least 7-8 for 7 days and only allowed 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. The gentleman at the desk told me they had been burnt before and all of it taken. Maybe the desk could keep a stock to replenish if needed. A 2 roll per bath allowance is ridiculous for 7 days. Customer service definitely needs attention. We checked in before 5:00. Called as soon as we got there because the TV wouldn't come on. They said to reset and call back. WELL...at 5:05 I call back and no one answered and no call back. Called again Sat. night. Called again Sunday. Called again Monday. Every time they said they would put us on the work order and have someone call us. NOONE ever called. When I called Monday AGAIN we finally got someone there. Then 2 days later the other two TV's did the same thing. We are not sure what happened unless the wrong key was inadvertently hit on the remote. It took us two more days to get someone else in there just as before. One of the bedrooms was not even hooked to Spectrum. We wondered why the channels were different. Basically we went for 4 days without TV at one-two locations within the condo. When booking I made sure we would have TV for each sleeping area along with bed size we needed because everyone sleeps with the TV on. If the TV is going to be so complicated it looks like there could be instructions on how to reset the features to what is needed. A map of the area would be nice to know the location of the laundry and beach access. We did find laundry easily. But a code is required to access the gate to go to the beach. Finally a lady came out of her condo and told me what the code was so we could access the beach. All in all we had a great trip. But will definitely look more closely at the accommodations next time. You would think for the cost per week there would not be an issue of this nature.

Nice! Could use some updates for sure and a deep cleaning (corners included). Balcony slider from master bedroom did not open which was a disappointment. Overall, it was a nice place, good views of the beach and everything we needed nearby. It was a nice week!
