Make your way to the beach at this newly renovated 1 bedroom condo that sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a new full size sleeper sofa as well.This condo has a full kitchen and shower with waterfall shower. Best location in town. Walk to restaurants and bars. 7-eleven and Izzy Ice cream and Taco across the street. 2 buildings down from Chase on the beach. Kids are 1 street over to 27th street playground Minutes to Flagler Beach.

If you need more room, there is attached, Unit 102 with 2 new queen beds and bath VRBO 3033981. Separate entrance but connecting doors between the two. Ocean front available at VRBO 3501337

The place was very clean, the owner was cery tespinsive and flexible! A grwat place to stay if you're looking for beach fun and pool fun! Definitely would reccommend to anyone!!

Bonnie the host was amazing everything was really close the beach was great the place had everything in it and was so clean and stocked with all extras. I would recommend this place and the owner I am a travel agent and have done this many times and was so HAPPY with everything!!!

Lovely Accommodations

Bonnie's place was updated and very clean. Located on a stretch of beach near the no-drive zone, we had a great location for beach access. Our check-in went very smoothly. Bonnie was great about giving us all the info we would need.

Bonnie's room's are always amazing! This was the first time in 103, I loved the bedding, so soft. I hated the shower, felt like I was drowning. Also not recommended for children. Beautiful beach spot.

A Great Short Stay

The property was perfect for our overnight stay. Couldn't beat the beach access and everything was easy/peasy. The property was clean, but could've been a little cleaner. The shower floor needed some attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will likely return to stay with Bonnie.

My stay

My stay was perfect. It was one of the few places that had their steps to the beach repaired after the hurricane and the pool was the right temperature. I had a small problem with one of the doors inside and it was fixed quickly. The owner was very helpful and nice

Almost a 5

Love the property and location. Everything we need in a beach town is less than 10 minutes away. The condo is modest and very neat. Unfortunately we couldn't use the sofa bed, so mom slept on the couch. She didn't mind, but it was disappointing. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. We love the 8 ft pool and even the kiddie pool is cute. We used the outside grill too, which was so easy with just the turn of the knob. Thank you Bonnie, next time we'll try your 2 bedroom unit.
