Footprints By The Shore surrounds you with beach-themed comfort that creates lasting vacation memories!! This beautiful condo is fully furnished for all your beach enjoyment. Offering TVs in all the bedrooms, a fully equipped top-of-the-line kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you need, and enough space to fit your friends or family, this is truly the home away from home you need!

When you first walk into the open living area you are met with beautiful beach decor and furnishings for the whole family. There are two full-size reclining sofas and two oversized chairs with a large HD TV with a DVD player with premium cable service. Choose one of the various books or games to play around the condo, or enjoy one of the beautiful views from the oceanfront balcony located off the living room area. And don't forget we have free internet service! The living area has also been recently upgraded with beautiful ceramic tile throughout or enjoy the beautiful custom mural painting in the foyer. In the kitchen area, we have provided all the basic mealware and cookware your family chef needs to make the best family dinners. Try the local farms and seafood to compliment your already creative feasts while dining on the full-size dining room table. Take the festivities outside and enjoy your food on the outdoor dining set or the beautiful Adirondack chairs. Inside, we have enough seating and even additional bar height stool seating just off the granite countertops for everyone in the family or even those unexpected visitors! There is ample amount of cabinet and pantry space for any additional items you think to bring as well.

In each bedroom suite, we have provided a comfortable king or queen bed with an additional twin-size daybed and twin trundle bed in the second bedroom for all your family members to have comfortable sleeping arrangements! Each bedroom is also fully furnished with a dresser and/or nightstand set, closet space, and private bathroom access. There is also an HD TV in each bedroom for all late night TV shows with premium cable services.

Lastly, we have given you access to our very convenient garage-level storage closet which is equipped with almost everything you'll need for a fun day at the beach, so leave all your beach stuff behind and keep the car less packed! We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, and a lot of sand toys for everyone! It's all waiting for you to make your own Footprints By The Shore!
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, and two fitness centers. Please note that cell phone service in the area can be spotty, and Wi-Fi connectivity may be limited at times due to the location of the home. There is a landline available for guest use.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
