After a day of exploring the local sites, sit back and relax on the patio with a beverage and enjoy the beautiful weather. Then snuggle into the King size bed and enjoy our Tuft and Needle memory foam mattress.

A queen size pull out couch is available if traveling with friends or children. Also available is a pack-n-play for the littlest of guests.

Wifi speed is 300mbps

This is a guest apartment with a private entrance and one shared wall.

Please note: There is an additional fee of $75 per pet with a maximum of two pets. Dogs only.

This is a perfect place to stay! Kayla thought of everything. Comfortable bed, great shower, even left a welcome basket full of goodies! Quiet neighborhood-felt safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Kayla is also quick to respond with all messages.

We were only in town for a couple of days to just search for Sharks teeth and fossils. The property was really located well for us. We were 35 minutes from the beach where we hunt for sharks teeth and 1 hour 15 minutes away from Bowling Green where we also hunted for sharks teeth and fossils. The airport was less than 20 minutes away which was great as well.

Perfect !

We brought our eight year old grandson to Sarasota to see the Baltimore Orioles in spring training. This was a perfect place to stay close to the stadium. A quiet neighborhood.The place had everything we needed and more. Kayla thought of everything! There was more than enough space for us. Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming. Kayla was very kind, responded immediately to any of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need.

Property owner is very responsive and helpful. The unit is well stocked and private. The king bed is comfortable. The beach chairs, towels, mini-cooler, and umbrellas!

Impeccable, worth your stay

I booked this for a weekend college tour with my daughter. I doubt I have ever stayed in a rental with more attention to detail and your needs than this one. The moment you step in you feel like a friend is welcoming you to their home. She had all the extra touches I would have for a houseguest. Above and beyond in comparison to most rentals. My daughter would never have remembered what hotel we stayed in had I chosen that instead but she will always remember this home. She even said she was taking mental notes to be able to decorate her own apartment one day :) You can tell that Kayla enjoys and loves what she does. We will be back and highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

An Owner who Cares!

We loved our stay at Kayla's place! Everything was super clean when we walked in, and she clearly put a lot of thought into stocking up on all the little things you need but might forget to pack. The neighborhood was perfect - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Definitely worth booking if you're heading to the area.

Great stay

We were in town for my grandsons first birthday and enjoyed our stay. The host had everything we needed and then some! We were not home very often but when we were it was comfortable and quiet. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay for the week this is the place.

Absolutely gorgeous!!!

This property was just amazing. My husband and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary this weekend and we decided to do a 3 day trip to our favorite place. It is just like described and was perfect for us. The owner knows there stuff when it comes to cleanliness, accessories, and overall perfection with the set up. The hot tub at end of each day was sooo worth it alone. We spent a lot of time driving and walking around so this felt like heaven after a long day. The owner answered all our questions in a timely manner and was very respectful of our privacy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed our "short" time away!

Hidden Sarasota Gem

Perfect retreat for a couple. This place was very clean and comfortable. The personal touches were appreciated. Kayla was an excellent host and even provided emergency supplies at the arrival of Hurricane Helene. We would not hesitate to come back again.
