Belle Gaffaro Appartement à Dorsoduro avec Vue sur le Canal

Ce charmant appartement du deuxième étage a été entièrement restauré et rénové en 2004. Caractéristiques sols en marbre italien, des détails mosaïque coupées à la main dans la salle de bains, lustres vénitiens.

chambre de maître avec sa taille lit double, parquet, placard, lustre vénitien. Canapé-lit dans le salon se retire d'un lit double.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée et est séparée de la salle de séjour par une barre de plan de travail et le petit déjeuner. Séjour a canapé et une table à manger pour six.
Il dispose de la climatisation, chauffage au sol et internet wi-fi.

Notre appartement est situé dans le quartier de l'université et à seulement deux ponts de Campo Santa Margherita, qui est noté sur les lieux publics ''60 des mondes Greatest Places' 'liste et ce est la plus grande place à Venise et un lieu de rencontre populaire pour les jeunes et les Vénitiens si jeune. Il dispose d'un grand choix de restaurants et cafés et un marché de légumes et de poisson. Vous pouvez vous asseoir au soleil et déguster un café ou un cocktail et regarder le monde passer.


L'appartement Gaffaro (nommé d'après le pont il surplombe) est idéalement situé pour votre arrivée et de départ car il est à quelques pas de la gare et la station de bus de la Piazzale Roma. Vous pouvez marcher à Rialto en 15 minutes et se rendre à Saint- La place de Mark en 20 minutes en prenant le vaporetto à San Toma '.

Seriously, the property is even nicer than the ad! Spacious, well appointed, marble floors and everything you need to thrive. The location and view are fantastic. Close to train, bus, water taxi, and everything in the Accademia quadrant. Sebastiano was a consummate host, met us at check in, gave us great local tips and helped us in a jam. You wont regret staying here!

Great apartment with views of the canal from your window. Very comfortable and clean with a large kitchen and dining area, large bedroom and bathroom as well. Sebastiano met us upon arrival and took us up to the apartment, explained everything and then took the time to show us places to visit and eat on a map. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the best place we stayed in while in Italy, and we highly recommend this beautiful apartment. We spent four days in Venice, staying at Sebastiano’s VRBO. Sebastiano communicated with us very clearly prior to our check-in, giving us great advice on how to get to his location. He met us at the apartment and answered all of our questions about Venice, what to do, what not to do, and must do. This included restaurants to eat at, and things to be aware of. His hospitality was fantastic. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The pictures in the VRBO ad are what you get when you arrive at the apartment.

The kitchen had everything we needed - gas stove and oven worked well ( though took us a little while to understand the dials on the oven so simple instruction sheet would help). Full size dishwasher meant we could minimise washing up and plenty of crockery etc. Sofa bed was comfortable enough and the apartment was warm. Location was great for vaporetti and for walking to sights

Beautiful Gaffaro Apartment in Dorsoduro with Canal View is the perfect short term rental. Great location, quite, safe, clean, comfortable, reasonable distance to the train and water bus. We could not have been happier staying in Sebastiono’s apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked a few dinners there. The bed was very comfortable, as is the couch in the living room area. The view of the canals is wonderful from the dining table. We walked to most places but could also easily hop on the vaporetto when we wanted to go further or just enjoy the Grand Canal.

Sebastiano was a very welcoming, responsive, and helpful host. We loved opening the windows every day and looking onto the canals. The location is quieter than the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal and we enjoyed it more. We felt safe and we enjoyed coming back to it each day. Sebastino is an incredible host! The apartment is stunning and in a very wonderful location. Great restaurants, close to vaparetto stations. Even a custom leather worker below where i was able to get a one of a kind purse! One of the best hosts we have ever had!

All factors excellent!

The host, Sebastiano, met us at the apartment to welcome and familiarize us with both the apartment and the area giving us great advice on what to see and how to get there! Location is excellent. Very short walk from bus/train/taxi. Would definitely book again on subsequent trips!

Me and my wife lived in this apartment untill 2008, so we made it as we liked and everything has been recently renovated. It is in a central and residential area of Venice, Dorsoduro, where you can find all the shops for your needs, from the organic products to the baker, butcher, pharmacy, etc...

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view! from the three windows in the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view of three canals passing by the apartment with all sorts of boats, private/gondolas with singer/working boats. You don't even need to go out, just by a bottle of cool Prosecco and enjoy Venice from you holiday home!
