It has been a long time dream of ours to own a mountain place of our own and we are proud and excited to share our little slice of heaven with you! This 2 bed/2 bath ski in ski out condo has never been rented and is so well cared for. When you begin your stay, you'll have free parking right outside the front door, be steps to the hot tub, community grill, and the Granby Ranch ski resort (great for winter skiing/boarding or summer biking!). Granby Ranch is a perfect place to bring your family, in fact, it's our families favorite place to be no matter the season! Enjoy skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, golf, an adorable little town (Rocky Mountain Roasters is a MUST for any coffee lover). The community center allows you access to a year round heated pool, gym and game room, all in walking distance from our front door. Inside the one level condo, you'll feel rested and cozy whether snuggled in bed or sitting in front of the gas fireplace. The kitchen houses all of your cooking essentials and the dining table allows you to enjoy a meal or play one of the many board games available as a family or friend group. We've tried to think of everything you would need to make your vacation most enjoyable, whether you decide to spend it indoors or outdoors. We're so excited for your time in Granby and hope you love it as much as we do!

Granby Ranch ski trip
This was our first time to Granby and this condo. This area is an excellent location for families to ski together or for beginners and intermediate skiers. The condo was very nice. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had comfortable furniture and a nice gas fireplace. If your lift passes are already purchased, it was about a 300 foot walk to a small lift that served that group of condos. At the top of it, I could ski to the main lift. There are stores, restaurants and a full grocery store that were nearby. Overall, this was a great experience and we were there during an uncrowded week so turn around time from lift to ski and back on the lift was 12 minutes. It was fun!

Loved the ski in/out location, and the condo was perfect for us. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. We needed a few more towels, and the host was responsive in getting those to us upon request

Wonderful!!!
Super clean and functional condo. Very well equipped. 100yard walk from the door to the ski run. Hot tub for when you are done for the day. This place is a gem. Will definitely book again.

Excellent location
This property was perfect for our family vacation. Granby Ranch Ski Resort is a quaint resort that our kids/family really enjoyed. It is small enough to let our kids ski independently, yet large enough for them to not get bored. Todd and Monika’s property allowed us to enjoy this location fully. There was enough space for our family of six to be comfortable. All of the necessary amenities were provided and we didn’t feel like anything was missing. Communication with Todd was excellent. This property is highly recommended and we would stay again.

We're local Coloradan's who have had this dream of owning a mountain place of our own for quite some time now and after welcoming a little adventure boy about 2 years ago, we knew it was time to make things official. While we live in Denver, we plan most vacations and weekends in the mountains. You'll find us skiing, mountain biking, fishing, camping, hiking with our son and 2 pups most of the year! We love all that nature has to offer and never get tired of all the beauty Colorado gives. We have a passion for the great outdoors and hope you feel that same passion during your time in Ski Granby Ranch - it's a magical place!

After spending the last few years camping near Ski Granby Ranch, we were excited to have a place with a shower ;)! The Northstar property is really a dream come true. It's in an unbelievable location - we mean it when we say you are steps from the resort! The landscape up there is just...perfect, no matter the season. This isn't an area that is overrun with people, like many other Colorado resorts. It's the perfect place to get outside and experience nature in a family friendly way. Our kiddo tried skiing for the first time at Ski Granby Ranch and it was so easy and perfect for beginner skiers but also has a lot to offer advanced skill sets. There are so many trails for walking, hiking and biking in the spring, summer and fall - it's impossible to get bored with options for all levels. You'll be able to relax in the hot tub or in front of the fireplace after your activities and have an easy drive into town for meals + shopping in downtown Granby, Fraser or Winter Park. The condo is very comfortable (the beds are my favorite, so comfy!) - you'll have plenty of space for your belongings in the bedroom and hall closets. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge draw for us as well, our 2 year old takes his time doing his hair every morning ;). While I think you'll really love the inside of the unit, my favorite part of the property is the views...you'll see :).

Not having to drive and park at a resort is such a perk, especially with kiddos. The Community Center at the base of Ski Granby Ranch is also amazing so take advantage of the year round heated pool, game room and gym. They also have a cozy seating area with a fireplace that would be perfect for a glass of wine/mocktail and a board game.
