Pet Policy
We’re happy to host your dog! A prepaid pet fee of $150 per stay helps protect the home from excess wear and tear (negotiable for stays over a week). Provided for your pup: fenced yard, XL crate, food & water bowls, doggie bags, and complimentary treats.

Exterior security cameras monitor the perimeter only — no cameras inside.

Cleaning fee reflects average professional cleaning time. There’s no expectation for guests to load/start the dishwasher, strip beds, or take out trash. However, if a mess significantly extends cleaning time, an additional fee may apply.
