Accommodations and location were incredible. Perfect location and house for my daughter’s 40th birthday weekend. Pictures were accurate, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Will definitely stay again pool was amazing especially sense it’s so small I was surprised at how cool the water stayed was big enough for four people. It’s very pet friendly concrete floors wood floors help. AC worked great on all floors. It’s at my top list for places to stay now can’t complain about anything except the couch was uncomfortable but that’s because I’m over 45 it’s definitely for younger crowd

We very much enjoyed our stay. Pool was well-heated and the waterfall bar in the pool was a great spot to linger in the water. The interior decorations of the house were smart and innovative. The kitchen was modern and immaculate; The elevator was a definite asset; The beds very comfortable; The views from the third floor were good enough to get an instant surf report, and access to the beach was a short block away.Yvonne was very helpful as our host and on top of all our inquiries. Awesome house, great location!

Our stay at Villa Paradiso during TPC week was amazing. Even though the house is about a year old, you would have thought we were the first ever guests. The house and amenities were all immaculate, a stones throw from the beach on a nice quiet street and easy access to anywhere you needed to go in Jacksonville. The hosts were great and responsive whenever needed. 5 star rating and we will be back.

Perfect beach house in Jax Beach!

This brand new 4 BR house, 1 block from the ocean, was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving gathering. There was plenty of room for our multi-generational group. The property manager made everything super easy- truly a great vacation for all of us!

Beautiful property with breathtaking views

We have booked properties with Welcome Home Rentals for several trips to the Jacksonville Beach area and they never disappoint. The properties are always immaculately maintained and well stocked. This property was amazing with great views of the area and a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

We came to stay with our family for our daughter's wedding at Casa Marina. The property is clean, comfortable, and very private.When we weren't involved in wedding events, we relaxed by the gorgeous pool, and everyone enjoyed the game room.The primary bedroom veranda was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading.Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Excellent home and property manager!

We booked this property at the last minute in order to escape the path of hurricane Milton in the Tampa Bay area. The property was in very good condition and is located in a great area. We ended up staying over for several extra days after our initial booking due to us not having power back at home and the property manager was absolutely amazing to work with.

Beautiful, spacious and convenient!

We (5 of us) stayed at Villa Paridiso for 5 weeks! It’s a beautiful home with lots of space in each room and lots of areas to relax. Welcome Home was very responsive when we needed more kitchen towels, we got 12 new ones by the next morning! They even had someone come take the outdoor trash to the street on trash days! Great company to work with! The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable! The grill was great. It was too cold to get in the pool but the way the living room opens up to it was beautiful both day and night.

Fabulous Family vacation

Villa Paradiso was a great house with very close walking proximity to the beach. The beach was not crowded and very nice! Welcome Home Properties does a great job providing most all of the basic needs- such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, olive oil, laundry soap, dishwasher pods etc!! This is so helpful with packing !! The small patio pool was perfect as was the putting green out front. There is lots of room to spread out and be comfortable! The 5th bedroom/playroom does not have a door or blinds on the windows. That would be our only small issue with the property. Overall, we would highly recommend this particular house and Welcome Home!!

Fantastic Fourth

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Modern House and would return again without question. The location was fantastic...1 block from the beach. The house even has a wagon, beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler and towels. The pool was perfect for our kids. Its location and size was perfect for watching them from the kitchen, living room or poolside. The bunkroom was a hit with the kids and made putting them to bed easy with their own TV to watch after being tucked in.The kitchen had a fantastic supply of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and storage containers. We were pleasantly surprised to find paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, hair dryers...all available and ready. We wholeheartedly recommend this property.
