A captivating and exclusive beach house that sleeps 10 and is only a 3 minute drive to the beach! This home is in the perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, Bold Bean Coffee and much more! It is equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes: a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs, WIFI, a beautiful pool, outdoor fire pit, giant Connect Four, cornhole, bumper pool and arcade games!

Bring your flip-flops and pack that sunscreen, Jacksonville Beach has 22 miles of wide, uncrowded, white-sandy beaches that offer visitors majestic sunrises and star filled nights. Visitors will find plenty to do and a variety of water activities. Casual fun restaurants, nightlife hotspots, souvenir shops blend into the scene without crowding the views of the shorelines in Jacksonville Beach.

Guest have full access of the home excluding supply storage closet.

A three bedroom, dog friendly beach house! Only a three minute drive or a 8 minute walk to the beach. Outdoor area is the real highlight of this property. You can enjoy the pool, giant Connect Four, cornhole, grilling area, outdoor dining, fire pit and sitting area all within the fully fenced in yard. When the sun goes down, move on into your own game room with bumper pool and Smart TV connected to an arcade machine with a number of classics available. Bunk room and living room are equipped with Smart TVs. There are a handful of board games and books available to you!

Please note: Our backyard is currently undergoing light improvements to enhance the space. While the work is in progress, the outdoor area may look slightly different than photos. The project does not impact the interior of the home or your stay, and we appreciate your understanding as we make upgrades.

Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals

1-2 hours: $100
2-3 hours: $200

Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance.

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

POOL

●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the hot tub and/or pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub or pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub or pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the hot tub or pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool or hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the pool or hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
