Large kitchen is sun filled & ALL NEW - kinda. Those cool vintage PYREX plates, the fancy crystal bowls? USE THEM! It's all about the vibe but keep in mind you're steps away from some of the best food in the country!

One story with two bedrooms - you fight over who gets the King & who gets the Queen - sleeps 4 perfectly but the Queen pullout in the SECOND living room with privacy curtains can accommodate 2 to fit 6 total comfortably.

Yes, I said TWO living rooms -Main LR & has Smart TV, streaming Netflix, Prime Video & Samsung LIVETV. The smaller LR space, with it's pull out Queen sofa, is outfitted with a desk {if you HAVE TO work} & a TV with HDMI hookup for your streaming or gaming device. Curtaining off doorways adds privacy.

Bathroom is huge, features double sink vanity, the original hex floor tiles & large shower. It's my favorite room in the house.

The famous Chickens of Ybor City are some of our favorite neighbors who are known to hang out in the yard or on the fence & can be heard clucking & crowing at any time. The train also runs thru Ybor City occasionally & you can't hear the chickens then. While some liken Ybor to The French Quarter of Tampa and the house is a few streets from the busy heart, there's still potential for street noise, especially at night.

Full size washer & dryer are located in the garage.

Ring Doorbells are located at the front & back doors & are only used for security purposes. There are deadbolt keypads for ease of guest entry on both doors as well.

Dogs are welcome with non refundable $250 pet fee.
