Inside, the layout flows from a cozy living area with a Smart TV, through both private queen bedrooms (separated by doors and with their own closets and dressers), to a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a large fridge, complimentary coffee, and all the essentials. At the back of the home, enjoy a classic clawfoot tub in the bathroom—perfect for a soak after a night out on 7th Ave.

𖤓 This home is part of a split duplex. The neighboring unit is occupied by a long-term tenant who is very quiet and respectful. On occasion, she teaches violin lessons in the afternoon, but this should not cause any disruption.
𖤓 While the home is just two blocks from lively 7th Avenue, it’s generally quiet at night and noise is rarely an issue. That said, if you’re a light sleeper or highly sensitive to sound, please keep in mind that being close to the action can occasionally bring some ambient city noise—or the occasional rooster, a quirky signature of the Ybor area!
