Lovely Place

Everything was wonderful! Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer. The beds were comfortable and it had all the conveniences that one would need. The location is close to everything. We will definitely stay here during future stays.

Great Location, great hosts

We had a wonderful time in Tampa. The house was in a great shape, modern and stylish. It was just for a few days, but it felt like home. Patrick and Rachel are wonderful people and we were very happy to meet them. If we come back to Tampa, we will come back to this place to stay at.

Lovely renovated home

The house was perfect for our short stay while visiting Busch Gardens and the surrounding area. The neighborhood was also quiet, which was nice. We would definitely recommend. The home was very clean and the backyard was fenced in, which was great for our two small dogs so they could be free to roam!

Clean, Updated and everything you need

We stayed 5 days and had a lovely time. Beautiful updated property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Patrick the host was extremely responsive. We loved all the little parks in the neighborhood. Close to the TPA airport and only 45 minutes to white sand beaches. We loved all the little eateries and breweries close by!

Wonderful property in Seminole Heights

The completely renovated house was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The location was convenient to many local restaurants and breweries. The neighborhood was very quiet and only a block away from a cute park on the Hillsborough River. The host was very attentive and responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Diamond in the ruff

This property is such a gem. Patrick was great, even delivered firewood on the spot. Comfy beds (even the sofa pull out), stocked kitchen, games & cozy decor. Lots of food options nearby, Uber/delivery friendly. Not in the best of areas but neighbors were kind. Would most definitely stay again.

Hurricane stay

Patrick and his family assisted my sister and I after our home was flooded during Hurricane Helene. He was an excellent communicator and ensured that we had everything we needed. Even during Hurricane Milton when we lost power Patrick consistently checked on us to ensure we were safe throughout the storm. I cannot recommend his place more. Amazing location, beautiful design, and great amenities. 10/10 would stay again!

Pleasant stay

This house exceeded our expectations. It was very tidy, comfy,lots of lovely touches and real value of all the places we have stayed. Everything in the house worked perfectly and equipped with everything we needed. You could tell that Patrick put thought into the house to make us,the guests feel comfortable. The neighborhood was very pleasant without any disturbance. Totally recommend this lovely house.

Family visit

Modern, clean house. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms have everything you need- thanks for the toothpaste. The only concern is lack of room for more than 3,people to eat. No dining table

Perfect location for Raymond James

Patrick and his wife were incredible host. They were extremely communicative and offered assistance daily should you need it. We have stayed in many VRBO's all over the country and by far this was one of my best experiences. Their home is lovely, extremely comfortable and totally remodeled. Absolutely beautiful. In a great location and very comfortable for 4 women. Thank you Patrick for an amazing stay. We will be back very soon. PS the George Strait concert was fabulous.

Wonderful

Arrived late but owner had already called to check on my family. I love southern hospitality and I got it from the start to our last day. House is better than pictures. Quick ride down the road from Busch Gardens, location is great. Looking at area as we drove in and began to wonder if area was safe. We had no issues with safety and area was super quiet, didn't even hear the neighbors. Cannot go wrong with this house. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Tampa.

Just as pictured

Would love to return to this house when we come back to this area. It is centrally located to a few places we wanted to visit. The home was clean and visually pleasing and had all the little details and necessities. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the backyard but maybe in a colder month we can return and use the pit. Thank you hosts. You have a great property. I will just suggest maybe putting in mirrors for the front two bedrooms. As we were all women sharing bathrooms.

All the stars!!! Quiet and quaint neighborhood that is centrally located to anything and everything you could need! The house is immaculately clean. No clutter. Top shelf linens. Family games stocked in the closet. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Kind and courteous home owners that answer promptly with my questions you may have. I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the front porch each morning while my family slept in on the super comfy mattresses! We made an impromptu decision to go to the beach and didn’t have anything except our suits with us…the house even had some extra beach towels for us to make the trip enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about this precious house! Thank you again to the home owners that made our trip to Tampa so comfortable and cozy!
