The bright living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV with streaming services, Bluetooth speaker, Nest thermostat, and large windows that bring in natural light and beautiful ocean views. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals and entertain.

A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main floor.

Accessible by a flight of stairs inside the unit, or an elevator on property with access through the second bedroom.

• Historic Downtown St. Augustine is only a 15-minute drive, making it easy to enjoy the nation's oldest city before returning to a peaceful beach retreat.

• Our condo complex is located right next to the drive-on entrance to Crescent Beach at Ocean Trace Road. Those with 4WD can take a nice drive along the beach for a different experience.
