Great waterfront home near the 147 bridge. Located near Castle Boykin and Jackson Hill Marinas. Wifi available with keyless entry. 3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms. Large kitchen Island with 10 barstools. Murphy bed located in the living room. Laundry room with Washer / Dryer and an extra refrigerator. Large back porch with smart TV which includes direct TV and sports package. Black stone griddle and propane Grill. Firepit on back porch and 2 in the back yard with outdoor seating. Large outdoor kitchen with picnic table and an amazing view of Lake Rayburn.

The home is very comfortable. It feels like staying with family, as it has everything you could possibly need. There are several outside spaces to enjoy. The lake is quite a walk from the house. The furnishings and linens are all very nice. I would definitely recommend this home for a family getaway.

July 4th

House fit every need for our group. It was a little overwhelming to keep our food and refrigerator items separate from the owners. Bedding was superior - deck was great! Grills could use a good cleaning; Will rent again if in this area.

Lakefront at Sam Rayburn

This place WOWed at all turns. The view is not to be beat with great water and sunset photo ops. You find multiple outdoor areas - all providing ample opportunity for enjoying the lake. The house is lovely; clean, nicely appointed & well stocked. And, finally, communication was top-notch.

Perfect property!

4 of us stayed here for a fishing tournament. 2 trucks and 2 boats fit in the driveway. The house was perfectly furnished with everything you need. We hung out on the back porch looking at the lake for hours. I recommend this house for any family get together or just a vacation with family.

Best little vacation

This was our 3rd or 4th stay in this house... we absolutely love the location, the layout of the house and yard. Easy access to the water, only a couple minutes to Cassell Boykin boat launch. Mrs. Melissa is like the perfect host, answers any questions you have about the house and other items around the house. I will definitely be renting this house again!!!

This property is as advertised. It is the best provisioned house I have ever rented. Owner's very responsive to the few minor questions we had. I don't think anyone would be dissatisfied with this house.

Just like home

Just what we needed

My wife and I love to be by water for the relaxing atmosphere and when we saw this house and what it offered we felt it would be exactly what we needed. Great communication with Ms. Denson and the house was absolutely perfect and updated in every way. A couple of the days were cold and wet but we were able to sit on the back back porch with the fireplace and play cards and watch some TV. My wife loved the layout of the house so much, she made me draw out a schematic for possible future reference. A very quiet neighborhood and looking to come back again. Book it, you will enjoy it!!

Great memories

The Denson home was beautiful! Me and my family had such a great time. if I had to make any recommendations it would be to bring a golf cart or buggy. Walking back and forth to the water is a little bit of a haul! Other than that we had a wonderful time❀
