Nestled in the scenic Angelina Forest this home is the perfect retreat for nature lovers and outdoors men and women. You will enjoy relaxing afternoons on the oversized deck as well as walking, boating, & fishing. Plenty of room for your group with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, generous kitchen open to the large living room, dining room and generous outdoor grilling area. You will appreciate the Free parking for up to 3 vehicles 2 boats. Peekaboo view of the magnificent Lake Sam Rayburn.
Only a 2 min walk to the lake -no vehicles, 3 minutes to the popular Cassels-Boykin Park boat ramp, 5 mins to Zavalla for restaurants and groceries.
In front of Kervins RV Park. One of the most picturesque locations in the area!

Plenty of room for 9 adults, next to the bait shop and down the road from the two boat ramps and park at the lake. The back porch is nice and peaceful in the morning to sit and have a cup of coffee or two.

Great Place to Stay

I was very impressed with the accomodations. I travel quite a bit for fishing trips, and the homes that I rent are hit and miss when it comes to being able to have the room to park my truck and boat and also have electrical hook ups to plug in the battery charger for the boat. This property was perfect. The house was spacious with enough rooom to easily sleep four people or more. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Lake Sam Rayburn.

Last Summer Hoo-Rah

We had a fantastic time at this rental, which truly has everything you need. If you're searching for a peaceful spot by the lake, away from a busy boat ramp, this is the perfect choice. The rental offers ample space and multiple rooms, making it ideal for large families. It also includes covered parking and options for outdoor grilling. Two stores are conveniently located within a quarter-mile, just a mile and a half from the Castle Boykin boat ramp.

Outstanding!!

Everything is just like advertised. Outstanding property. % STARS!!! The only thing that could make even better is a swing at the end of the porch, for resting at the end of the day. Very quiet neighborhood and easy drive to Zavalla. Will be staying here again when I go back to Sam Rayburn.

This place was a Gem!!

We had a fantastic time. The host Sonya was amazing to work with. Very communicative throughout the stay. Even checked in to see how things were going. We came for a quick weekend to fish on Sam Rayburn. We wish we would have had longer just to be able to relax in the house. It was so clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed! Location was fantastic. So close to the “mini” store and a mile from the launch site. And only a few miles to Zavalla where there is a Brookshire Brothers and a Dollar General. We had 8 in our party and it was the perfect size. Slept everyone comfortably. Couch was nice and roomy too, enough seating for all of us which is usually hard to find. We will be back again staying longer next time. The only thing missing if you’re looking for a complete pkg is a place to swim and nearby fishing for kids. But knowing that, we still give it 5 stars and will be coming back!! Thanks Sonya for everything!
