Play hard on the lake all day and then relax at night as you plan your next day’s adventure. This clean home with modern accommodations comfortably sleeps up to 19 people across 5 bedrooms, 5 queen beds— a pack n play and bedding is also provided for our youngest guest.

Located on a dead-end street that backs up to the Angelina National Forest, you’ll soak in the quiet peace of a warm, family-oriented neighborhood. Kick up your feet and relax on the front patio rockers or trade fish stories while overlooking the national forest on the large back patio built for comfort and entertainment with tv, grill, fire ring, backyard games, and more.

Want to cap the day with a movie night to wind down? Make it happen on the 80” inch tv in the living room, under the stars on the back patio, or from the comfort of your own bed. Sleep comfortably on pillow-topped mattresses and then awake and repeat your adventure the next day.

Built with primary living quarters and the master bedroom on one side of the home and four bedrooms on the other side of a large 40x40 shop for vehicle, boat storage or expanded entertainment. Don’t worry about staying cool in the summer in the shop area, our Big A** Fan can definitely get the job done! The large, fully stocked kitchen is complemented by additional double ovens and refrigerator in the shop.

The dining area can seat 10-12 with expandable table and bench. , Additional seating available by bar stools, also folding table and chairs provided. The living area features leather sofa seating for 8-10, with multiple sections and chairs reclining electronically. There are also fun bean bag chairs to complete the movie night environment.

The other side of the house features two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, making it easy to share among multiple families or compartmentalize for family members wanting their own space. The shop has two large roll-up doors in the front, one 12x12 and the other 14x12. It also features a roll-up door to the back patio creating a great way to open up and connect the fun from the living quarters, shop, and back patio.
All but one bedroom have TVs as does the shop area, living room, and back patio with sound bars for additional entertainment options. The house is stocked with games and DVDs and has a full washer and dryer on-site.
