We would love to host your family on our unique 17 acre property! Enjoy privacy in a separate 1 bedroom cabin with king size Tempurpedic bed and Queen sleeper sofa.

Kitchen is equipped for food preparation. Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

Pool open seasonally: from May 1st to September 30th, 8 am to 8:30 pm.
NOTE: The pool is located behind the main house on the property- a short walk/drive from cabin. Pool is shared between host and one other guesthouse. We can arrange for 2 hrs private pool time daily for your family- rest of day is open for general use.

Tennis court with racquets/ balls available for use by reservation, no additional charge

PARTIES/EVENTS
Parties/ special events are NOT ALLOWED without permission from host and are subject to additional fees. This is due to liability risks on our gated property. Ask host about parties/ events rate.

***Property is under 24 hour surveillance and if we find out you are hosting an unauthorized party, you will be subject to $500 penalty and being asked to leave immediately ***

Was a very enjoyable stay. Very convenient to everything we needed and to the event we attended. Was a peaceful setting - even though was right in town and close to businesses and restaurants, it was located on acreage that made you feel you were away from the hustle bustle of the city. Every evening there were deer that came close to the cabin to graze. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The cabin was very clean! There were plenty of towels, which is nice. My only complaint, and it’s not a major one, is that it was difficult to back out of the cabin, especially at night. It’s very hard to see where to turn when backing up. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Todo muy bien del lugar , lo seleccionamos por tener alberca , llegando teniamos un correo que de 4 a 6 estaria ocupada , nos esperamos un tiempo despues de las 6 y llegando , salio mas gente de las otras cabañas y fue muy incomodo , se nos quedaban viendo como sorprendidos de que estubieramos ahi , decidimos retirarnos ,pienso que deben tener mas comunicacion sobre eso!

Diverse and SO fun

We had so much fun at Sam’s place. We took our 2 10 year old daughters and they played tennis from early morning until check out time. The property is well manicured and gorgeous. The pool is a bit away from the house but walking the area is nothing short of picturesque morning and night. The fountain was gorgeous and the pool felt perfect. Search for all the lights in the home, there’s lots of choices but we failed to find them until check out! You’ll have everything you need plus some at this rental! We did go purchase a blow up bed for the girls because the couch pull out is quite thin. No problem though. It was completely worth it!

The cabin is on a beautiful piece of property. (This cabin is close to a busy road, so there is road noise.) Others were set further back. Liked the covered patio. It has a lot of large windows. Liked that there 2 sinks in the bathroom and a walk in closet. Convenient location for driving to restaurants.

Tranquil and restful

The property was stunning. There were beautiful views no matter which way you looked. Everything was very well maintained and manicured. Walking the grounds was refreshing and relaxing after a long day. I will book again on my next visit to the area!

Cozy and quaint little cottage in Edmond, Oklahoma

This property was a great little place for our weekend stay. My husband and I were in Edmond for a weekend with family and needed a place that offered us the best location and amenities to cook a meal for the family. This was the best place! Easy to access, had everything we needed in the kitchen and offered a nice secluded location close to everything we could need in town.

Loved it!

Great location - lovely cabin

The place is a perfect size for a couple or even a small (3-4 person) family. If you are going to Edmond. the location is perfect. The property is in great condition and the owners are friendly and responsive. You might even see a turkey peeking into your window.

Quick stay in Edmond

This was a perfect location for my daughter and I to stay while our oldest daughter attended cheer camp at the University of Central OK. Close to everything you could ever want, including some great restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to respond with any questions and supplied ample information.
