Walk to the Sun Valley Resort Ski Lifts & Audi FIS Ski World Cup Finals!

You'll fall in love with this private mountain getaway nestled in the heart of the Warm Springs ski area of Sun Valley Ski Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Warm Springs ski chalet is walking distance to the ski lifts and miles of alpine trails, and a free shuttle ride or short bike ride to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Resort. Guests have access to a shared hot tub just steps from home.

Skiway Chalet is newly remodeled and updated for a luxury guest experience. The home has a reverse layout with the living area on the upper level. The living area is beautifully appointed, open and spacious with a sectional sofa and comfy recliners, a large Smart TV to stream your favorite shows, and a river rock fireplace for warmth. This chalet has air conditioning for the warm summer months.
The all-new kitchen is designed for social gatherings and the chef is always in the mix! The kitchen features high-end stainless appliances, a gas range, granite counters, and a large center island with seating for 3. The dining table is extendable to seat all your guests. The dining area opens up to an outdoor deck with a BBQ grill and views of the Warm Springs ski runs on Sun Valley's Baldy Mountain.

Skiway Chalet accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 luxurious and inviting bedrooms, all with flat screen TVs. Bedroom 1 is located off the kitchen and features a king size bed, small laptop friendly workspace, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, seating area, work desk, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom opens up to the lower deck. Bedroom 3 is also located on the entry level and features a queen size bed, small workspace, and a private bathroom with a bath/shower combo. There are two air mattresses for additional guests (on approval). Skiway Chalet offers a full laundry for guest convenience.

Good property

Nice property…as described. A little bit of a walk to get to the warm springs lift, but you could wait for the bus which runs frequently. We mostly drove to river run to drop off the kids for ski school.

Perfect for ski trip

Walking distance to the lifts and bus stop to town right out the door, supremely convenient. Home was clean, comfortable and very equipped. Working the heating thermostat remote was tricky!

"Wendy was a fantastic guest who stayed at our VRBO rental, and we couldn't be happier with her experience. She left a glowing review that truly reflects the wonderful aspects of our property. Wendy highlighted the prime location of our rental, making it perfect for a ski trip. The fact that it is within walking distance to the lifts and has a bus stop right outside the door adds a supreme level of convenience. We're thrilled that Wendy found this aspect of our rental to be a major plus. Moreover, Wendy appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and well-equipped nature of our home. We take great pride in ensuring our property is in top condition for our guests, and it's fantastic to see that Wendy noticed and enjoyed these features. We do acknowledge that Wendy found working the heating thermostat remote to be tricky. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Cozy updated condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, the rooms were nice and beds were super comfortable. It's a great place for summer or winter exploring. Our only suggestion would be to have spoon rest @ stove and soap dish in bathrooms to protect your countertops.

Wonderful stay in Warm Springs!

This property is wonderful! It was impeccably cleaned before arrival. The layout and design of the home was wonderful for cooking meals and it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. It’s conveniently located by the Warm Springs lodge and the bus stop is right outside. There were two parking spots designated for us as well. The decor was tasteful and reflected the mountain town of Ketchum. Overall we had a great time here, thank you!

Great location and wooded setting

We were comfortable here. Michael and staff (Garrett) were very attentive to a couple of issues. Kitchen was large and perfect. Owner needs to repaint the upstairs deck, railings, etc. Great location for skiing from Warm Springs lift and for National Forest access.

Our stay in Warm Springs was a dream!

We absolutely loved our stay! I can't say enough about how fabulous it was. A perfect location for a ski vacation, with the Warm Springs lift nearby (a 0.2 mi walk or a 3 minute free bus which picked us up right out front). We didn't need a car, that's for sure. Sun Valley is an amazing place to visit and Ski Way Chalet certainly added to our comfort and fun. We'd love to come back! Many thanks to the owners for making this available to us.

Family vacation

Our wonderful stay in Sun Valley was anchored by this terrific house. Three master bedrooms, each with its own work area and en suite bath was as comfortable as it possibly could be. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living area was lovely. There was no amenity that we lacked. Now we have so many wonderful memories of our time together there. Thank you!

Fantastic stay

My family and I stayed at the Skiway Chalet at the beginning of August 2024. We absolutely loved it! My daughter-in-law is pregnant so the air conditioning was much appreciated as I understand most places in the area do not offer this amenity. The 2 master suites were wonderfully private. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable and provided us the rest we needed to enjoy all the wonderful things to do in Ketchum/Sun Valley. The hot tub had a little too much chlorine, but I believe it had just been serviced. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Just as described

Perfect place for 6 adults. 2 parking spaces were appreciated. The next door neighbor was very friendly and that was a pleasant surprise. Only suggestion would be to ask the cleaning crew to arrive after the 10:00am checkout time. They came at 9:40 and tried to enter while we were taking our bags and suitcases out. Fortunately one of our group spoke Spanish and told them to wait until 10:00 for us to leave before trying to go in again.

Ketchum Warm Springs Condo

This was a great place, very clean and updated. 3 bedrooms on 2 floors. Only drawback (clearly stated) is that the upstairs master bedroom bathroom is also the shared bathroom next to the living room. Not a big deal. The living room set up with L-shaped couch maximizes the space and the kitchen was well stocked (even though we ate out most of the time). Daughter and friends enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely return! ps. We enjoyed driving out to Frenchman's Hot Springs -for something novel.

Beautiful home, great location

We stayed here for 1 week with our grown children. The bedroom set up was perfect with each child having their own room and en-suite bathroom, while we had the master bedroom upstairs. Parking is right in front and then a set of stairs to get to the open living room layout.Beautiful views of the warm spring base mountains. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home, could have used a few more cookie sheets, otherwise well stocked with spices etc. There was even plastic wrap, foil and various sizes of plastic bags. Normal size washer and dryer in the lower level. Hot tub off the bedroom at the lower level, we used a few times. Only one set of jets worked. Loved the cozy fireplace and couch set up for relaxing at the end of the day. The walk to warm springs is down hill and about 6-8 minutes, coming home is a little harder. We opted to valet our skis at the base for $7, well worth it. You can also rent skis at this base, but there are more options at the main base, no problem to switch out at either base and the staff could not be nicer. Updated, clean, comfy beds and close to the lifts, if you are reading this then book it. 10 minute drive to the heart of Ketchum. 30 minutes to the airport. Local bus easy to use.

This place has it all. Super clean and well equipped. Lock box for key has a cover that does not work correctly. Communication with managers could be improved.
