Five stars all the way! We visited over Labor Day weekend with three couples for a game at Vanderbilt. The rental was very roomy, super clean, and located in a great spot in the Gulch. Exceptional hosts and a great setup for group trips. Highly recommend!

A beautiful and immaculately cleanhouse in a great area. Our host, Jenni, was excellent to work with. As soon as you text/contact her, she answers immediately. She was so helpful giving us information in the area.

The property was in a perfect location, close to downtown (Broadway) and lots of great restaurants. The layout of the house was great, very clean, lots of space! Rooftop deck and top floor tv room were great places to hangout. Kitchen and dining space were excellent. Having a spacious garage and dedicated driveway parking in the back was great for our rental SUV. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, safe, quiet property within walking distance of Broadway. Plenty of space to connect with friends, and to be alone if you choose. Loved drinking coffee / wine on the rooftop deck. There are a lot of stairs, so be aware of this if you have limitations. Communication with David was excellent. He provided a guide to help us familiarize ourselves with the area and recommendations for restaurants and bars. The Gulch has some great venues and some great shopping. Due to a last minute cancellation, David allowed a later check out, which was very helpful to us. Would definitely stay here again! Hopefully I can return to Nashville sooner rather than later because there is so much more to see and do.

This property is in a great location. The beds are comfortable. The upstairs family room and deck are really lovely. We were in town for a graduation and the property suited us very well.

Beautiful home and great location! Everything was clean, comfortable beds. They were easy to get a hold of and answered right away. We had a later flight and they let us have a later checkout. We would stay here again, highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Very spacious and welcoming with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was great and had lots of coffee, spices, some leftover liquor, and a large number of plates and glassware. The location is walkable to Broadway and several restaurants. Highly recommend! Jennie was great to work with as well (property mgr).

Beautiful house, great location, quick uber ride wherever we needed to go. Only stayed 2 nights and did not spend much time there but was very impressed with the accommodations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

We really enjoyed our stay during a short trip to Nashville. The location is unbeatable and David/Jenni were able to accommodate a late check out due to a late flight, which was amazing.
