Le condo est joliment décoré avec une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, une literie luxuriante, un sol en marbre et une baignoire et une douche de maßtre ressemblant à un spa.
WiFi est inclus avec votre séjour.
Il s'agit d'un condo privé situé dans le complexe de villégiature et spa Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island, situé au 3800 N Ocean Drive Singer Island, en Floride.
Le complexe dispose d'un spa à service complet, d'un service de voiturier, de chasseurs et d'un concierge. Un restaurant gastronomique est situé sur place avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il y a une salle de sport ultramoderne, 2 autres restaurants au bord de la piscine et directement sur la plage. Le service de plage est disponible au restaurant et au bar. Perfect!

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to spend a Mother/Daughter Spring Break. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was ginormous. We could be on the beach in 3 minutes. Having access to all the hotel amenities was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great Place for Family

I went here with my wife and my 6 month old. The rental had a couple of pack and plays which was great. Awesome little vacation with our family. Thanks!

Not ideal for a couple’s stay

Came with my husband for rest and relaxation. The resort was full of families with young children so that the pool area was noisy and there were never pool loungers available. Because the unit overlooks the pool, sitting on the balcony, except for early in the morning, was not calming or peaceful. Went to enjoy the hot tub and were the only ones there for about 3 minutes. Within 5 minutes there were 14 people in the hot tub (max supposed to be 11 people), and only 4 were adults - the rest ranging from 2-8 years old. Might be fun for a family vacation but not for a couple trip. The unit is tired - furniture well worn and dated. The flooring is warped and uneven. The cleaning was not well done, and there were issues with some of the items in the unit. The view is as pictured, and communication was excellent. We had high hopes for a better experience.

Winter weekend get away

My wife and I stayed 2 nights.The weather was warm enough to sit on the beach.Chairs/umbrella were available for a moderate fee.Food and drinks could be ordered on the beach from staff.Room was very clean and comfortable.Bed was excellent.We enjoyed breakfast twice during our stay.We had an ocean view room, not ocean front.But it was very nice.Couldn’t see the sunrise from our balcony, but view was still very nice.

Best Bathtub Award

Loved our condo unit and hotel. I love taking baths, and this condo has the best bathtub with the best water pressure for fast fill-up and bubbles!! We were treated like royalty at the resort. We loved the pool areas, beach accessibility, and breakfast buffet. Will recommend and stay again.

Perfect spot on Singer Island

We came down to visit our granddaughter in college at Keiser, and this property was the perfect find! Check in was a breeze, the condo was perfect for ua!! Great view, with a nice little kitchen! We had a minor hiccup but i cant brag enough about the communication with the owner! They had maintenance there within minutes and we were all set! We will definitely stay here again, in fact my wife is going back with a girlfriend in 2 weeks! Highly reccomend!

Be aware

This condo is not like any of the other ones at that same property. Different furniture and decorations. When I arrived the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall in the bathroom. The one ceiling fan never worked . The light over the stove had to be replaced. And you could never get the curtains in the main room shut without yanking them very hard. And now I am being accused of chipping the stovetop which I never did. Also the tv and ligthts in the bedroom kept going out until you went and tripped the circuit breaker back on. The Owner is quick about getting in touch but this unit is not nearly as nice as the Marriott units at the same property. The only furniture on the lanai is a hightop table and two chairs. The other units havĂš comfortable chairs and a nice table that look out at the ocean. I have not had to take pictures for any VRBO property and I rent through VRBO at least 6 times a year. Now it will make me more cautious to do so.

Singer Island Aug 2024

This property is in a stunning location overlooking the adult pool and ocean. It apartment was very clean and equipped with all the necessary items needed for a vacation. The host was always accessible to answer any questions we had and graciously allowed us to remain in the property several hours after check-out as we encountered terrible weather during our weekend stay. We will be most definitely be reaching out to the host next summer in hopes we can stay in this beautiful unit once again. We highly recommend this apartment to any small family while visiting Singer Island.

Great location!

Everything was great! Best location ever I’ve been coming here since I was a child. Only thing I have to say is that the shower water pressure was very weak in the apartment. It was such a disappointment because it took a very long time to shower. This is the first time I stayed at this Marriott and personally I prefer Marriott Ocean pointe better. The pools are bigger there. This is a great place for kids though they have an awesome water slide and hair braiding twice a week. The hosts were amazing and so responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Beach Marriott - the people there were amazing! Everyone there was so happy and helpful! It was the perfect location and we would have loved to stay longer! The unit itself could use a little update, considering the price... however, the experience made it worthwhile.

Great Beach aescape

Marina was a fantastic host and my husband and I plan to revisit again soon!!! She was very attentive to share info & responded to our inquiries immediately. She also made accommodations for us to spend a couple extra hours at the location on checkout day. I definitely recommend a stay here for two people looking to getaway!

Great Place!

Wife and I stayed for a few days and absolutely loved it. Beaches and water were perfect, room and resort was clean and had friendly staff. Plenty to do locally, we snorkeled at peanut island (highly recommend). Room was great, only part that got us was the required valet fee + tips and the additional but optional cost for a resort fee. We would go back 100%
