This brand new bungalow apartment is perched lakeside with a captivating view of the water. Relax, unwind, and when it is time, venture out into Sugar Hill or Downtown Historic Buford. You will be delighted! Paddle boards and a kayak are available.

A quiet place

Nicely appointed little bungalow at the lake. Quiet neighborhood on a Lake Lanier peninsula. Close to lots of shops and grocery stores. Would recommend for couples looking for a place to stay for a local vacation or base for exploring the area. Sugar Hill is close by with restaurants etc..

The unit is small, but beautiful, modern and it has everything we needed. Very up-to-date kitchen and bathroom. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi but the owner was quick to get us a solution.

Amazing

The apartment seems to be brand new. It is perfect for one person or a couple. It’s better than a nice hotel. I loved parking my truck right up to the door. Robert, the owner, was great and very easy to work with. He even allowed me to tie my boat up to the dock. The cove and lake views are great from the dock. Highly recommend! 5*+.

Great stay

Very clean and as advertised. Walk to the dock is somewhat steep and would be difficult for older adults or children. No cable but streaming service worked well. Robert was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thanks for letting us put our boat under cover at the dock.

Excellent, comfortable property for our long term stay

The property was excellent! Modern, clean and very well outfitted. My wife and I had an extended stay here and could have not been more pleased! A very quiet location with dock access to the lake. It was very relaxing. The host was excellent. They responded quickly to any questions we had. We couldn't have picked a better spot! We would definitely return to this location!

This is a brand new bungalow right on Lake Lanier nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient! Owner was amazing in his communications. Definitely will stay there again, if we are in the area!

Get away at Lake Lanier

Our host was amazing and can not thank him enough. The grounds were beautiful and the house was renovated immaculately. We had a fantastic trip and it was all made possible with a comfortable stay. We look forward to returning and enjoying this beautiful spot right by the lake. Thanks for having us!
