Softball tournament.

In town for a softball tournament and wanted sputtering bigger than a typical hotel. This rental is in a great location, plenty of space, and has plenty of amenities to enjoy the trip. Owner was easy to communicate with and would reply quickly.

The best stay EVER!

Crystal was the BEST! Anything you could possibly need has been taken care of (with exception of personal food choices). The apartment was BEAUTIFUL, convenient location, and CLEAN. I honestly give it 10 out of 5 stars!

When I say she was the perfect guest. I couldn’t ask for a better one. When she checked out. I came to clean up to see she already cleaned up. Wash the linen, folded the towels, and I mean went above and beyond. So she get a 5 star ⭐️ from me

Cancelled without communication. Beware!

After reserving this property a month in advance, we receive the email from VRBO 2 days prior to check in with the address. I reached out to the property owner requesting information how to unlock the apartment and was informed the owner cancelled our reservation. Owner claims she cancelled the reservation the month prior and did not do anything further when she didn't hear anything. We did not receive any cancelation information nor refund (which was paid in full.) Property owner contacted VRBO and told them it was supposed to be cancelled. We contacted VRBO and after sharing the situaiton about the owner claiming to have cancelled the month prior and we informed if we waited until an hour before check-in time VRBO would help us find a place to stay. They suggested we travel from states away for Thanksgiving without a place to stay! Thankfully we found a hotel that was wonderful (with a much better price for 2 rooms!) VRBO claimed they would "escalate" our cancellation and refund. That was 6 days ago! No communication nor refund still! We don't know who is responsible for the breakdown, but we were left to scrambl to find a place to stay for a holiday weekend without an ounce of care from either company nor property owner and still have not received a refund!

Home away from home

Everything about this place was above expectation. The communication between us and the property owner was exceptional and the stay was one of the most relaxing I have had in a long time. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in this area.

Immaculate

After driving all night Monday, arriving to Colonial Williamsburg Tuesday morning, and then visiting CW all day, we were ready for check-in. The only issue we had during our entire stay was finding the key. Crystal immediately responded and the cleaner was there to let us in. Everything was spotless. The pool was huge and warm. A 20-minute drive to VA beach was perfect. We were out of the craziness that is the streets of VA beach, but close enough we could come and go as needed. It rained a lot throughout our stay, so that ended up being crucial. Black Pelican is a two-minute drive away. We ate there on Day 1 and we’re pleasantly surprised with how delicious the food is. Check out the restaurant that was featured on Guy’s Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. The unit is right inside the complex and across the street from the pool. The location was perfect. Decor was beautiful. Floor plan was spacious. Stay was great. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit VA beach without being in the thick of the boardwalk.

Awesome Location and Great Place

This was our 1st visit to the Virginia Beach area in over 30 years. Crystal's place in Greenbriar was perfect as it was just 19 miles from the beach. Crystal was great and very easy to communicate with and she was quick to respond to all questions. Should we visit this area again in the future we will definitely look to stay at Crystal's place. Welcoming experience

The apartments was perfect for 4 of us for the weekend. Host was very friendly and responsive to our questions and needs. Apartment was clean, well organized and a fun place to hang out. We had to leave early due to health and she reached out to make sure we made it home safely. Would definitely stay here again.
