Off of the kitchen you can find a sliding door leading to a large back deck with sitting where you can find a large yard thats completely fenced in. A green lawn. Through the kitchen, down three steps, is our bonus room with a 65 inch tv families can gather for entertainment, movies, games and snacks! And relax on a recliner couch and a recliner chair.This property includes four bedrooms: In the primary bedroom guests will find a queen sized bed with a dresser and a 55 inch tv a walk in closet and a full bathroom .The bedroom also includes a walkout private patio with seating. Also there is a comfortable chair in the room for guests to sit and relax. . The second bedroom includes a queen bed, 50 inch television, and a walk in closet and a dresser. The third bedroom also includes a queen bed, 50 inch television, and a spacious closet. The fourth bedroom, guests will find two twin beds, a 42 inch television, and a walk in closet. All of the bedroom televisions are equipped with fire-sticks for entertainments and Netflix. . In each bedroom, guests can find a dresser for storage space.each closet has hangers and night lights if needed all rooms in the house have ceiling fans. Guest access
Guest space is fully private, includes, the kitchen, two full bathrooms, four bedrooms, laundry room, entertainment room, backyard, primary bedroom patio, 3 car driveway, and back deck. In the backyard guests can access the charcoal grill, Guest will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the attic, which has a lock on it and the closet located in the laundry room, which is a cleaning closest for cleaners. Guest will not have access to the detached garage located in the far left side of the yard.
Other things to note Guests must read and follow all house rules. No parties or gatherings or events of any size. This house is not for parties. only guests on the reservation are allowed at the home or on the property during your stay . We will charge $75.00 per unauthorized guests and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. No third party booking. No smoking in the house .guests will be charged a fee of $350.00 and an extra cleaning fee for smoking in the house and charged for any damages caused by smoking in the house. The home is in a quiet neighborhood guests must be respectful of neighbors and follow the quiet time hours from 8:00pm - 7:00am if not guests reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.guests can only park in the driveway. which can fit 3 cars .No street parking. guests must notify host of any issues with the house or any damages.
Guests should be aware that there are three stairs to go down in order to enter the entertainment room. We have a queen blow up bed for extra sleeping arrangements if guests need the blow up bed you must notify the host before your arrival. For the safety of the guests and the property we have a ring camera at the front and side door we also have a camera on the detached garage that guests don’t have access to.
