Disco Digs! Waterfront home next to the Marina/ Boat Launch w/ dock and toys.

Clean and bright waterfront duet home next to the Marina/Boat Launch with a dock for side tying. Quiet 'water cul-de-sac,' great for swimming, paddleboarding, or fishing. A short ride to the fast water for boating.

3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms duet home. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The primary has a California King bed, French doors that look out onto the water, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a three-head custom shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. The two bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower (sorry, no tubs). All the bedrooms have Purple mattresses, linens, and pillows. Each bedroom is equipped with a large flat-screen Smart TV. Downstairs has its own half bathroom. There is an open-style living room, kitchen, and dining area that opens up to the large deck where another dining table and chat-style lounge seating with a fire pit table and a BBQ grill. Perfect for watching the sunset. The living area has games to play and an 80-inch smart TV. The entire home and deck have built-in speakers (please be courteous to our neighbors and friends who live on their boats).

We are in a quiet area of deep water that is perfect for swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding. You're welcome to use our kayak and two paddleboards. Please secure them when you're not using them. We also have a water play pad that you could pump up, which is fun for everybody. A short paddleboard ride over the launch ramp and marina to stock up on fishing gear and bait or just a fun run for the kids to get an ice cream. There is also a waterfront restaurant there. Use our dock to side-tie your boat. (Sorry, our boats are not included, but you can rent a ski boat or patio boat in the Marina). We strictly request that you do not use our neighbor's side of the dock. Please read house rules under 'policies.' Also, when you make a request, please let us know a little about your group and the reason for coming to Discovery Bay.

Discovery Bay is a hidden gem on the California Delta. It is a boater's, water-skier's, wakeboarder's, and fisherman's paradise. The Delta is made up of man-made sloughs, so you can always find smooth water. Boaters can even navigate from Discovery Bay to San Francisco Bay. If you are not a water lover, we have nearby golf, pickleball, parks, fruit picking, and wineries. A 30-minute drive to the University of the Pacific. An hour drive to San Francisco, Napa, or Sacramento

Easy access for boating, kids enjoyed the pad, would highly recommend.

Fantastic Discovery Bay Property

The perfect vacation house in Discovery Bay! We were able to use the dock to side tie our boat. We loved hanging out on the large patio and playing on the dock (kayak and paddle boards were available for us to use). The beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. The host was gave clear instructions for check in/out and communicated during our stay to ensure a great stay.We can't wait to go back!

Excellent Discovery Bay Experience

This property provides everything you would need to experience life in Discovery Bay. The house is well appointed and clean. Everything works and the location is ideal. The sunsets are amazing and we will certainly rent this house on a future visit.

Gorgeous Vacay

Me and my family came to visit my family here in the East Bay area and stayed at Melissa and Aaron's beautiful discovery bay home! The home is stunning, clean and so relaxing. The kids got to play ping pong and myself and my fiance watched movies out on the back deck every night! Melissa was efficient and so kind! This will be our go-to spot every time we come to visit family here! I wish I could give it 10 stars!

The perfect getaway

Melissa was a great host and check in process was so easy. Place was clean and had it all. We cooked dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. If you see it available book it. Also the beds were soooo comfy! We will definitely be coming back.

Best VRBO in disco bay

We love the quiet cove and this well appointed rental. The kitchen is full of everything you need to cook, a keurig is there for morning coffee and the big TV is perfect for evening wind down. We brought our 23’ boat and there was plenty of room on the dock. Many water toys there too. Will stay again. Thank you Mellisa!

Great Discovery!

We loved staying at discovery digs. It was our first time in this area. We had friends staying nearby, so it was great to be close to them. The house was very comfortable clean with a great view and outdoor seating as well as paddle boards. Home away from home

Everything about this place was superb. The hostess was unbelievably accommodating and the place was immaculate. Very comfortable beds and living areas. The deck was a good size and very relaxing. Appliances/grill all worked well and the neighborhood was quite peaceful. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Beautiful Birthday Party

We loved staying at Melissa’s stylish home on the water. We had a birthday party for my mother. She felt like a queen. We had evening paddle board and kayaking with beautiful pink and blue skies. The expansive deck was perfect for group meals and games at night. Melissa provided everything we needed: lotions, shampoo, body wash, and paper products. The kitchen is well-stocked with all of the essentials. She is very communicative and responded immediately to all of our inquiries. We had a perfect stay and felt cared for.

MUST STAY location!

Two days before our trip, our original rental property owner cancelled on us because their current renter did not want to exit. In panic mode, I reached out to Melissa and Aaron and they were so understanding and accommodating, I was instantly relieved after booking this rental property. Melissa was very responsive and attentive before and during our stay. The house was beautiful and welcoming; and the view of the sunrise alone, from the master bedroom was worth it. The master shower, WOW! I cannot rave enough about this place. This is a must stay, refer everyone you know kind of place!

I booked this home to stay in California to be near a very ill family member hospitalized in Antioch. The location was just perfect for me to make daily trips to the hospital and to visit other family and friends in the Pleasant Hill area. The home was just perfect and you couldn't ask for a nicer neighborhood or better views. Melissa was fantastic. She keeps the line of communication open, responds to inquiries expeditiously, and I don't believe you'll find a property owner more accommodating and thoughtful.

Aaron has been coming to Discovery Bay since he was a kid to water ski and wakeboard. It has become our happy place. We have had this home for 20 years and spend as much time here as possible. Our boys now in their early twenties, have grown up loving to fish, wakeboard and wakesurf here. We also love to go into the city (SF) for Giants games or take a trip to Napa for a get away. We split time between Discovery Bay, Mammoth and our home in Seal Beach.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the quiet bay. We always felt our kids were safe out on the kayak, SUP or swimming. We do not get much boat traffic in this area and the water is calm. We like being close to the Marina and gas dock.
