Was a rocky start but worked out ok.Things in life happen and not the fault of the owner or property manager(someone did not show up or contact anyone) 2nd stay at this house and will definitely be staying there several more times!! Family and friends enjoyed everything the house offers and a big shout out to Sheri for taking care of the issue at the beginning of our stay!!

Great house and location!

One of the nicest vacation homes I have stayed at in Disco Bay. Great location and an amazing house! Check in process was a breeze and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely be returning!

The house is very clean. Best part of the house is the living room and open kitchen floor plan that allows guests to walk around. The bed room are fine, but the share bathroom with 2 door to two rooms is something you have to be mindful of. The deck was nice with tables. We enjoy the pool table and nice sofa in the living area. Overall, I have no complaints. By the way, one of the leg of the chair in the kitchen area is losses and will break soon, we didn't trust to seat on it.

Our fun weekend

Inside this house was a 10!! Lots of room, pool table and air hockey!! Every bedroom had their own full bathroom too!! Big kitchen and family room with big screen tv. (Air conditioning works really good, bottom floor and upstairs own controls)The outside was nice except in the morning no shade because no umbrellas but in late afternoon plenty of shade. Double boat dock with 1 cover, room for 4 boats and room to fish off dock.

Friends getaway

The house is very spacious with almost everything you need. Sheri, our host was VERY responsive to special requests. We needed more Keurig coffee pods and toilet paper. They were dropped off right away. The house was very clean on the inside. Windows and decks could use a good cleaning. As others have commented I want their sectional couch. We are planning on renting again.

No need to look any further

This place got it all and some. The open floor plan, and entertainment system were very nice, and if that weren't enough the couch is fully integrated to sound and so comfortable might never get up. The pool table and hair hockey were a hit for sure. The bathrooms all have mood mirrors which add an element of uniqueness not found anywhere else in this range. Overall great experience and will definitely return next year.

Beautiful home but short on kitchen equipment.

The location of this beautiful and spacious home is pretty ideal! Morning sun and afternoon shade! Close to fast water! The furniture is clean and comfortable! Especially the couch in the family room! Has a nice TV as well! The only negative is the lack of basic kitchen essentials. We had to buy basic seasoning, a colander, vinegar and oil, plastic wrap and zip lock bags, and facial tissue. Our family had a nice vacation and would consider staying there again.

Good location

Very comfy living room couch! Spacious kitchen! Nice boat dock! 4 comfy beds for everyone! Ac works well! Use of the garage! Outdoor lights make a nice setting! Fun pool table! TV’s are big and good quality! Big speaker for music in the living room. Clean overall! Negatives: Sliding door to patio is very difficult to open and close. The kitchen eating utensils are cheep and could use more! Only 2 towels in the master bathroom. Lack of towels overall. Could have more pillows. No laundry detergent! Outdoor furniture lacks comfort!

Discovery Bay Wknd

The location of the property was good. Close to fast water. The dock was nice and big. The outside deck area was ok; however the only place to sit was a couch and it was extremely uncomfortable. The house itself was very big and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us. Very disappointed in the kitchen in terms of what it came with. Limited utensils, no chopping knives. Overall, not stocked well at all. Beds were not very comfortable but doable for a few nights. One thing that was very disappointing - ALL beds did not have a top sheet, only a fitted sheet and the top comforter. Not sure if I would rent this house again.

Cobwebs Everywhere & Spotty Water Flow/Temp

Our group was 4 adults and 2 kids. We really wanted to like this house and are very sad we disliked our stay so much. For the amount of money we spent, the house should not be full of thick cobwebs and have such unreliable water flow. CLEANLINESS There were thick cobwebs on almost every window. It looked like some may contain spider nests. We were too afraid to move the curtains because of all of the webs. WATER WAS UNRELIABLE Water pressure and hot water were unreliable. 1. Hot water was nonexistent upstairs for the first few days we were there. 2. Water occasionally would not flow from the second level tap. We took a photo of the faucet wide open and there was only a dribble coming out. We made sure the dishwasher was not running. HOST Our host was very responsive and tried her best to rectify problems. She came over to give us a kid’s life vest. When we told her about the water issue, she showed up at the house unannounced at night. She was nice but I do wish she would give her future tenants a heads up next time! AMENITIES The Good - The paddle boat and kayak were free to use. There were plenty of life vests! It was cool to be in the water. The Bad - Barren kitchen. There were basics like forks, spoons, knives, etc. The house had 3 pots and a frying pan. We love cooking and felt it just wasn’t stocked well. This house lists as fitting 10+. The utensils would not work for a group of 10+.
