This updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and features a game room and wet bar overlooking the water. Whether you're looking to relax by the waterfront or enjoy an adventure on the Delta, this home offers plenty of space to make lasting memories.

Enjoy direct access to the water from the private dock and spacious deck. Fishing from the deck is allowed, so bring your own fishing gear and enjoy a relaxing day by the water.

For those looking for more adventure, bring your boat or jet ski or enjoy the available stand-up paddleboard, paddleboat, and canoe. Swimming and kayaking are also available for guests to enjoy.

The home is conveniently located near the marina and just minutes from fast water, making it easy to enjoy a variety of Delta water activities.

Guest Access & Parking

Guests have direct access to the front door and backyard.

Parking is available in the garage and driveway, with limited street parking. Only one street parking spot is available directly in front of the house. A maximum of 2–3 cars is allowed, so carpooling is recommended for larger groups.

Other Things to Note

Life jackets are available. For your safety, please wear a life jacket at all times while on the lower deck, as the lower deck floats on the water.

Fishing from the deck is permitted. Fishing poles and gear are not provided, so please bring your own equipment.

Boat rental partnerships are available for half-day or full-day rentals. Please note that all water activities are at your own risk, and guests should use caution while on or near the water.

Only one boat and one jet ski are permitted at a time in the 5 mph no-wake zone. Please be mindful of the quiet, close-knit retirement community and respect the neighbors during your stay.

Whether you're planning a family getaway, fishing trip, or relaxing weekend on the Delta, this waterfront home offers a comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the water.

Large living area and comfortable deck. BBQ and adequate kitchen for meal prep and cooking. Very nice dock and safe swimming area with no boat traffic. Enjoyed the kayaks, and life jackets available. Only a couple of beach towels so if you want them, bring some.

Beautiful home !

Super clean home with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the paddle boards and lounging outside. I was unaware that I had to bring my own propane tank for the grill so bring one if you are planning to grill outside. Overall, great home !

This was exactly what we needed for our large family gathering. The interior was clean, bright, and comfortable. The exterior was clean, well organized, and the kids enjoyed the kayaks. Large variety of life jackets meant everyone was safe. The outside furniture was comfortable but really showing age.

Our experience at Bay

It was nice place and very clean. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because it had a smell like it had been closed in for a long period of time. We suggest some deodorizers plug ins to help smell fresher. Our stay at the location was good overall.

Delta Fun

We had a lot of questions prior to our arrival about the dock, water, etc. The host was always responsive. We had a slight hiccup at checkin which was handled quickly and kindly by the host. The house itself has everything you need, and outdoor there are paddle boards, etc. The kitchen area and couch are showing a bit of wear, but didn't take away from our enjoyment of the house. Overall, a good value for the size of the house and access to the delta.

We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay with family. The open floor plan with beautiful water views and high ceilings made for a comfortable non-crowded way to enjoy conversations. The patio is nicely furnished to enjoy the outdoor water views.The owners were easy to communicate with a responsive. We were informed the day prior to arrival that there was a problem with one of the bunks and they provided a pullout bed as an alternative bed while they awaited a replacement for the broken part.A few minor issues were brought to the owners attention for quick resolution. All in all, a very nice weekend in this waterfront home.
