Absolutely amazing propery

This home was gorgeous clean and in a beautiful location. The property manager was very pleasant and quick to respond to all questions. Our stay was an absolute delight and we will book this property again when we come back to the bay area.

Very relaxing experience

The house is only 1hour drive from Bay Area. We enjoyed the weekend there with our friends with beautiful view from backyard.

It’s very interesting
 I had rented this unit with friends a year ago and the home was perfect. We were thrilled to be there had a great experience. It was clean. It was fresh felt good. And this time it was horrible. I was so embarrassed to bring my friends there. It was filthy. The front and back porches and porch furniture were covered in bird poop and spiders are different bugs. The outdoor furniture was not set up for use. They allowed us early access and we were there while the cleaning and they were laying the sheets on the floor to fold before mopping the floor effectively dirtying the sheets before use. Inside the drawers in the kitchen were dirty. The utensils had dried food on them.. I found a chunk of dried up steak in a fake fllower pot on the counter in the kitchen. The garbage bin cabinet smelled bad and was filthy. It’s a view home and the windows looking out at the view were filthy.The overall experience there this time was very disappointing. The landlord was easy to communicate with and did immediately have someone come out and pressure wash the lower portion of the home. We could not open windows to cool the rooms separately because there were no screens and the windows upstairs where we were were absolutely disgusting.The people that pressure washed through the cushions for the outdoor furniture in the yard and left the outdoor furniture piled up wet and unusable. The other images are in video form and were sent to the landlord.
