3 BR townhouse, short walk to the beach and Dewey

Relax in this cute 3-bedroom townhouse located 3.5 blocks to the beach and a short walk to Dewey attractions. Located in "forgotten mile", just north of Dewey town limits, this newly renovated house is close enough to all the beach fun while quiet enough for families and those looking to get away from it all.

This end-unit condo has a front deck and a back patio with a grill, and outdoor furniture for enjoying summer evenings. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a beach cart are available for creating unforgettable beach memories with family and friends. There's room for the whole family, with three bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen, one with a double, one with double bunk beds, and a pull-out couch downstairs in the living room. A nicely equipt kitchen and a dining area allow you to share meals on nights you choose to stay in. Wifi, a smart TV, games, and books are available for rainy days or quiet nights.

The beach is just three blocks away. Walk, bike, or catch the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach's many award-winning dining and nightlife spots. During the summer, live music is abundant and the town of Dewey hosts movie nights and bonfires on the beach. Boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals are available nearby, as well as public boat launches. Tanger Outlet Mall is a short drive away.

Off-street parking is available for up to five vehicles. Guests must park in the designated area only and cannot block our neighbor's access to their driveway.

***GUESTS **MUST** BRING SHEETS. There is one queen bed, three full-size beds (queen sheets or larger will work on a full-size bed in a pinch!), and one full-size pull-out couch. If you forget to bring sheets, there is a Walmart on the way to the unit (about 3.5 miles north on rt. 1), Grand Rental Station in Rehoboth rents sheets (subject to availability), or as a last resort, we offer 'emergency' sheets for $50 per bed. There is also a $50 charge per bed for sleeping on the mattress pads without sheets. (You don't want to pay $50 per bedroom to rent sheets and we don't want to wash your sheets, so please remember your sheets!)

We provide pillows and blankets and enough paper products to get you started, but you need need to bring your own sheets, towels, and enough paper products for your stay.
