This is a Premium 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit located in Surfside Condominiums with a view of Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach.
(King, Queen, 2 Queens - 1,760 sq. ft.)
Luxurious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo unit, sleeps eight. Rich leather and warm wood furnishings with bright, tasteful colors throughout unit. Views of the beach from every room with windows along entire south side of unit. Features a 60" flat screen TV in living room with HD channel lineup.
Premium Condo Units have been recently upgraded which may include the following:
New flooring, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms with brand new appliances, new 60” HD flat screen TVs in the living room with added HD channels, and new windows and doors which reduces exterior noise.
Premium units also include; Fully Equipped Kitchens, Cookware & Serve ware, Cable TV & WIFI, Individual Heating & Air Controls, Bed Linens, Iron/Ironing Board, Laundry Facilities in Each Unit, Bath Linens, Hair Blow Dryer, Large Private Balconies, Heated Swimming Pool, Beach Towels & Chairs.

This condo includes the Air Oasis Nano Induct purifier. Good time

Overall everything was good. The beds in the room with two queen beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky. The floors must have been dirtier than appeared because our feet and socks were black just from walking around inside. Other than that our stay was great. Stocked kitchen and tons of beach toys and chairs which was nice!

Great condo, great views

We had a great time staying in this beautiful condo. The whole unit was very clean and comfortable. The views were great, especially at night with the moon over the gulf! We definitely would recommend staying here!!

Summer vacation at Clearwater Beach

This condo was excellent! Very clean and a great location. We’ve stayed at this Condo complex 3 or 4 times and will come back in the future! We rented condo Surfside # 404 and again it was great! Thanks B & W Management Inc. for a great vacation rental. We’ll be back.

Sister Trip

My sister is and I have been getting away to the beach for 10 years now. We decided to do this after our mother passed to keep us connected. We have been going to Sanibel for years and with the devastating hurricane that went through Sanibel we had to find somewhere else to go. Well, Clearwater lives up to its name. Absolutely gorgeous water and beaches. The condo was magnificent. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We hope to go again.

Everything You Need!

Surfside 404 is a beautiful condo with everything you need for your stay. They make enjoying the beach easy by providing beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, a cooler, and more. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable and you are provided with extra linens and blankets if needed. Also, plenty of bath towels. It’s also great to have a washer and dryer within the condo especially after a day on the beach with our four children! B&W does a great job managing their condos. This is our fourth time renting a condo from them and they have accommodated us with whatever we have needed.

My husband and I were looking for 3 separate hotel rooms for ourselves and our children and their spouses, but then saw this VRBO. The condo was oceanfront and also had a pool and was basically everything we wanted - 3 separate spacious bedrooms, 2 baths (one fairly small), a fairly large kitchen stocked with everything we needed, a large spacious family room, and a great balcony. They also had a large washer/dryer and supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and numerous beach towels. All of us agreed that we would definitely stay there again!

One of our favorite places!

We’ve stayed at this condo complex every summer for the last 7 years and we love it so much! The condos are great and the management company is responsive and friendly. You can’t beat the amazing views!

Great condo!

The condo was very nice and well maintained. There was seven of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The balcony is large and well furnished. We could all sit out there at the same time.

Christmas vacation

Very nice, clean, comfortable condo. With everything we needed for beach setup, stocked kitchen and lots of towels. Really like the North Beach location which is less crowded, yet close enough to walk to some great restaurants & shopping. Easy drive to grocery and restaurants.. Will book this again.

Great all around!

What a view! This place met and surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast daily on the outdoor patio, while looking for dolphins and wildlife. The location was excellent and on a quiet strip of beach. Located about a mile north of Pier 60, we found this place exceptionally clean and spacious and meeting our families' needs more than adequately. It was an added bonus to have the Jolley Trolley stop located at the end of the street to get anywhere we needed. Highly recommend!
