The space
Welcome to 'Whitewater Way on 30A!'
Outstanding décor in this open concept home with designer touches and a fully stocked and upgraded gathering kitchen featuring WHITE QUARTZ counters, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas range with vent hood, convection oven, built-in microwave, large sink, custom backsplash, large island with 3 barstools, separate pantry and more! There is also a dining table in the breakfast area that leads to the side porch, and couches around the fireplace!
The stunning stone fireplace with large 55" HD flat screen TV above is the great room focal point for relaxing or watching the âbigâ game. Enjoy this hub around the gourmet kitchen with a large island and extra seating for family meals, hanging out, entertaining, or playing board games! Also, enjoy a charming front porch to relax and sip your favorite beverage, or a side porch to enjoy your morning cup of joe or an after-dinner drink. HD flat-screen Smart TVs for you to access your own Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime accounts are in every bedroom, and there are board games in the pantry for you to enjoy!
The driveway accommodates private parking for 2 vehicles and the LSV. A cooler, umbrella, 4+ beach chairs, and beach toys are available for your use if you wish!
The neighborhood has a quiet, secluded feeling, yet you are steps from the pool area, and can easily bike to the beach and several eateries!

Walk to Blue Mountain Beach area and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)! The Blue Mountain beach access (best beach in the panhandle) is less than 0.7 miles from the home and has 2 lifeguards on duty daily from 10 AM - 6 PM! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!
Enjoy access to the spectacular community resort-style pool area featuring a waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, gazebo with outdoor TVs, huge outdoor grilling area, shaded and unshaded seating areas with comfortable chairs and couches, and a 4-story aerial lookout tower with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just steps away!
Complete with breezy palms and beckoning lounge chairs, this relaxing oasis offers everything you need for an afternoon of fun in the sun! The fun doesn't stop here; after dinner, gather around the fire pit, roast some marshmallows, and watch the sunset.
Highland Parks is one of the newest neighborhoods in Blue Mountain Beach. The area is the highest point in South Walton County and is surrounded by great restaurants, local shops, and art galleries.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Guests will be held liable for any damages to LSV.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, hot tub or other amenities provided to guests.
