Our Happy Place! Such a fun, bright home, full of personality and warmth, you can’t help but smile and have a wonderful time. This is our 3rd ski trip to Boyne Mountain and this has been our favorite house we’ve stayed in. Great space, so much natural light even on a full 15f day. We had 8 of us comfortably and even with 3 teenagers, showers were hot! The hosts were responsive and attentive and made our stay stress free and enjoyable. Our Australian visitors loved every minute of our stay. We will be back!

Amazing "Spot"

We stayed here for a long weekend of skiing and family time. The house was perfect for our three kids (<5 yo), another couple, and grandparents. You can't beat the location for easy access to the mountain and downtown. We do an annual ski trip every year and this now our top Spot to rent.

Well stocked home! We had 9 people, 6 adults, 3 kids!Great dining table for games! Spacious living space. Convenient for our Boyne ski weekend.

Spot 73 is spot on

Comfortable and clean accommodations. Quiet and private backyard that is great for friends and family. Close to great walking an biking trails. Not too far of a walk or bike ride to beach/downtown.

Colorful Delight

Our family of six loved this rental. Not only is it beautiful but the location is great for all sorts of fun. We’ve been staying in rentals for over 10 years and this has been our favorite. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful and Joyful!

We had friends from Arizona and Texas stay at this joyful home with us and they loved every minute. The hosts are friendly and the house “rules” are not obnoxious like other rental properties we’ve stayed in. The house was spotless, impeccably decorated and so comfortable. I’d never stayed in Boyne City before and we fell in love. Such a great downtown complete with the best coffee (Charlevoix Coffee) and bakery (Gilda’s Lake Street). If we ever have a big group, we will stay at this property again. Also, they didn’t show pics of the yard and they should. It was lovely and kinda magical. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect place for our family

We were so close to everything! The house was bright, clean and inviting and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids spent the days on the slopes while we explored the area! I highly recommend! We look forward to coming back in the summer!

Together, we own a Design + Build company in Boyne City, called Spot Lab. We love Boyne City so much that we decided it was the perfect place to produce a unique rental like Spot 73. We wanted to have a special place to accommodate our family and friends as well as guests that have an appreciation for design and a zest for life!
