It has a queen-sized bed located on the first floor with a private patio, a full over full bunk with Trundle bed located on the first floor with a private patio, and a master bedroom on 2nd floor with a king bed. The 2nd floor living room is professionally decorated and features a large flat screen TV where you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows, a private balcony, and patio furniture for your enjoyment. You will find granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and top of the line furnishings throughout this home. A short 3 block stroll puts you right in the warm, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach Cart provided for added convenience! Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, wood floors and granite countertops. All bedrooms are ample size with TV/DVD players. Enjoy the pool view from the balcony.

Located in upcoming, resort style community of 125 Crystal Beach, which is a Seaside-like development on the east side of Destin, this desirable neighborhood has attractive, lush landscaping, and is maintained in pristine condition.

Sweet Life also has a full sized laundry room with a washer and dryer and a beach cart for added convenience. This house is located ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE POOL! Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking.

It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great first trip to Destin and overall really enjoyed our stay. There were several highlights:•Outstanding customer service•Heated pool•Beach gear provided (chairs, wagon, umbrellas, cooler)•Great location near shopping and about a 10-minute walk to the beach•Spacious unit with plenty of room•In-unit laundry and a well-stocked kitchenThere are a few things future renters should be aware of:The main bedroom bed was quite uncomfortable and seemed to be sagging. Management responded quickly and provided a mattress topper, which helped somewhat.There were also several maintenance issues, including a broken couch frame, a non-working Keurig, and some damaged beach items. The unit could use fresh paint, wall repairs, and a deeper clean in some areas. There was also only one extra blanket despite multiple sleeping spaces.Lastly, we had thought the golf cart was included, so the 100/day fee was disappointing.Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would book with Real Joy again—just a different unit next time

Cleanliness

Overall our stay was not bad, however, the bathroom in the master suite was filthy upon arrival. Especially the shower. I would highly recommend a deep clean for the shower. The vacuum and mop head were filthy as well. Walls need to be washed throughout the place. Whoever they are paying to clean the place after guests, needs to be reconsidered. Bring your own pillows too!

Very disappointed with this stay. Important details were buried in the Vrbo listing fine print and did not match what was communicated in the rental agreement. The property was poorly equipped and lacked basic amenities—honestly, you get more value staying at a hotel. It was clean at least. I specifically asked management if there was a grill and was told there was one on the property. There was not.On the day of checkout, the door code unexpectedly changed and we were locked out. Management said they were unsure how it happened, which was frustrating and unacceptable.The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with mattresses that sank badly. It reached the point where I was better off sleeping on the Floor. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend this property.
