Our cozy home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 with an above ground pool.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet truly in the middle of it all.

Hop in your car and in minutes you can be sitting on any of the famous South County Beaches!
A short walk under 10 minutes will bring you to Wakefield's Historic Main Street, with shops, restaurants, Brickley's famous ice cream, bike path and theater! Walk in the opposite direction and you are in Historic Peacedale Village, with restaurants, Pump House Music Venue, and two active Brewery's to sample! A 3 minute walk to the bus stop down the street and within minutes it will take you South to the famous RI beaches, Marinas, Narragansett and the Block Island Ferry, OR go North to URI, Newport, Historic Wickford, TF Green Airport and Providence! A short 12 minute bus ride will take you to the West Kingston Amtrak Station, where you can take a train to Boston or New York! This convenient home is in the middle of all these famous attractions at a reasonable price.
Coming in from the airport? No problem! Grab bus 66 from TF Green and get off right at the end of the street.
Up to 2 dogs 25 pounds and under allowed to stay for $30 per night. Woof!
Nice fenced in backyard for dogs with an above ground pool and fire pit.

The property serves our purpose very well. Close to Narragansett fishing. Appreciate having the pool (although its always too cold to use) and love the fire pit!

A perfect spot. 10 mins to everywhere and with the hurricane canceling our beach plans having the pool made up for it. Love that they are dog friendly! Our pup loved running around in the fenced in yard while we bbq'd and sat around the fire pit. Overall a wonderful experience

Wonderful stay

This home was absolutely perfect for my family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers). It is clean and cozy, thoughtfully decorated, with a delightfully clean, well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for our week’s stay. The pool is an amazing perk of staying here. It is impeccably clean and clearly well taken care of, and we enjoyed a quick dip throughout our stay. The location is perfect as well. Downtown Wakefield is about a 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) and an enjoyable way to spend some time (with bakeries, coffee shops, boutiques, amazing ice cream). Our favorite beaches were close by, only 10 minutes away. We are already planning our next trip!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

Easy booking and communication with the owner. The house checks all the boxes: location, wi-fi, facilities as listed. The coffee provided could have been better quality, but we found great locally roasted beans in the adorable village just down the road. The bedroom AC units functioned properly. And we prepped for the cleaning crew as requested.

Wonderful Wakefield

This was the second time my husband and I stayed here and we love this property! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with only a short drive to beaches. We enjoyed the fire pit with a few family members also in RI the same weekend. The house was perfectly clean and well stocked with towels, which is important after spending days at the beach. Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway for our family

We wanted to take a vacation with our new puppy and researched a lot of potential places. We settled on this property and we couldn’t be happier!! The house was immaculate and a perfect location, close to the beach and a short drive to Newport. The owners were awesome and communicated well. They even made sure the pool stayed clean following some storms that passed through. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walks with the dog. We had a great time and will definitely look to be back!

Great place to stay

I was a little worried when I booked this house that we would not be close enough to things. I was wrong. Everything was with in 15 minutes expect Newport, which was only 30 minutes away. House is very nice. Very clean. The beds were great, I was able to sleep well, which is usually a problem for me on vacation. The pool was wonderful. Enjoyed a new night swims. I would stay here again in the future. 100% recommend.

A beautiful stay in a peaceful serene setting with a beautiful pool, fire pit, patio space. The home was very comfortable and welcoming, the neighborhood beautiful. great place to stay in Wakefield

The house was terrific - very well-stocked with all supplies and perfectly clean upon arrival. The location is ideal for getting to various beaches and for exploring the South Kingstown area. We love Rhode Island in the summer and will definitely return.

Great spot

This was a great little house. The pool area is not accessible from inside the house. We were nervous with our littles. But you have to walk out the front door and thru the chain fence to access it. It’s clean and cozy. It’s a great family home with cozy furniture. You can tell it’s for families, and was great with my little kids. A great kids park is 6 minutes away. The 24hour cvs and a great grocery store are 10 mins away. 5 minutes from an adorable downtown. Hope to stay again next year

2023 family vacation plus one

All 5 adults agree. Great place. Great flow of property starting with the driveway being close to backyard and main entrance. From cleanliness to well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. We loved the location that allowed us all to do our morning walks on the quiet residential streets. Perfect quiet location as to beaches and activities all quickly assessable. The pool and the fire pit was a pleasure to enjoy.

Amazing location but the house could've been better.

We had a wonderful time in South Kingstown and Narragansett. The house is located in a quiet residential area. It's so close to Wakefield's Historic Main St. with so many restaurants and businesses. We walked the South County Trail every morning! The house itself was just okay. It was dusty and that wasn't comfortable for my daughters' asthma and allergies. We opened the windows and that improved the air inside. The house has an above-ground pool, with floaties and noodles included. This is a huge bonus! Especially when the beaches get extremely crowded. We had so much fun and felt very relaxed in the pool. We had our dog with us and the fenced-in backyard was great for her. Overall, we had an amazing time with everything we did and the places we visited. The house could've been better maintained though.

Summer getaway!

We stayed for five days with our three school aged kids. The house was very clean and perfectly appointed for us! The pool was clean and warm, perfect after a day at the beach. It was close to a small downtown with a great bakery, ice cream, restaurants and a bike trail. We like the small town feel but close to all the beaches. This was our third year vacationing in the area and this house was by far our favorite. The owners were kind and accommodating! We hope to return next year!

Great stay

We rented this location to attend a wedding in Narragansett. The house was lovely and as described. It was great to be able to rent it for less than a week during a holiday week! The owner was very responsive and helpful. The outside pool was a great addition. The house was clean and provided lots of towels. I would recommend this property.
