1 bedroom cottage newly renovated and fully equipped, sleeps up to five people.3-minute walk to snug harbor marinas. walk to water, walk to East Matunuck beach or Matunuck Oyster bar, and all the local restaurant's it's a five-minute drive to route 1 that takes you to all the local beaches, take advantage of the local boat launch, our cottage comes with outdoor shower, grill, lawn furniture, propane firepit.

Nice long weekend getaway. The house was comfortable and clean. It was a good location—2 min drive to East Matunuck Beach and close enough to Route 1 to get to Wakefield and Narragansett easily.

The host was very accommodating and communitive during the check in process. Inside was adorable, comfortable cottage. Huge backyard with grill and gas firepit was wonderful. It was pet friendly. We would definitely come back... even our beagle, Penny, gives it 5 stars.

This cozy cottage is in a great location, is immaculately clean and the host is incredibly kind and a great communicator! This was perfect for a long weekend away with my husband and we can’t wait to book our next trip back to the cottage!

The property worked out very well. It was very clean, well stocked and in close proximity to anything you’d want or need. A great neighborhood to take the dog for a walk. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The cottage was comfortable and spacious, it has a large area in the back that is spacious with a fire pit ,chairs, table and large grill. There is a marina a short walk down the street that has a reasonable priced snack bar where you can sit and look at the boats while having breakfast or lunch. The landlord is a nice guy and very responsive. He returned my security deposit immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was cozy. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Wish it hadn’t rained so much so we could have enjoyed the awesome backyard.

South County Gem

This is the perfect getaway cottage! Everything is new throughout the property including the grill. The bed is comfy, kitchen is spacious and the front porch is a great spot to have an evening cocktail.

Charming Beach Cottage

A lovely, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable beach property. Close to the beach with lovely walking routes. Best restaurant in the area for seafood nearby. Full size washer & drawer are great! Beautiful landscaping and a lovely backyard to enjoy outdoor grilling and fire pit. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again.

The owners are responsive and the location was nice. However, I was surprised at how little it was stocked. Perhaps I’ve been spoiled by other owners, but there weren’t any spices (except salt and pepper), no shampoo, no beach towels, not even a hair dryer. Adding a few common amenities would make this 5 stars.

Hello Stacey We do not supply shampoo and body washes due to people sensitivities ( and we do not advertise that we supply it ) we supply hand soap, laundry detergent, and dish soap beach towels are are left upon request. as far as our stocked kitchen Its fully functionable it has 5 basic pans and utensils Dishes, bowls, coffee mugs, beer mugs, wine glasses, folks, knifes and spoons, 2 coffee pots, toaster, waffle maker And paper towels, napkins. As for spices that is definitely a safety reason to have open spices for everyone to use ,we did not advertise that we have spices. also yes there was no hairdryer. I am sorry about that. We would’ve brought you one right away if we had known sometimes people take them home by accident.

My stay was amazing!

The property was better then the pictures provided😁. It was gorgeous and decorated beautifully. Everything was so clean, new and organized. The host Tom was absolutely incredible. Last note, the beds were soooooo comfy! Even the pull out bed! Your family will absolutely love it and the neighbors were awesome.

4th of July

We were in snug harbor to visit our son, daughter-in-law and her family!!! The parade was wonderful bringing back memories of the kind of parades we used to go to years ago!!! We had front row seats at the cottage Tom is a great host and very responsive!!! Nothing like Snug Harbor in the summer !!!!!

Cute and clean

My wife and I stayed at property while visiting our son at URI. Plenty of room for 2 people and very clean. Driveway/parking right in front of entrance to house so very easy to load and unload. We didn’t use the backyard but very spacious with bbq and fire pit area. Checking in was very easy with keypad. Kitchen seem to have all utensils. There were both a coffee maker and keureg machine so we wished we had brought our own grind or k-cup. 10-15 minutes to URI campus. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend property.
