Come be our guest in South County R.I.
Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and ice cream shop.
10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport.

Warm and inviting. The cottage has the feeling of getting away but being close to it all.
The property has a calming vibe and don’t be surprised if you see little bunnies, birds, and even deer walking through.💗 Relax and unwind under the pergola. Enjoy a fire and make s’mores (personal favorite) with the stone fire-pit. The outdoor space is one of my favorite places and we are excited for you to make memories and connect in this very special space.

Very convenient location. We came over the long weekend and did the RI Troll Trail. Hot tub was a welcome treat when we decided to stay at the house due to the weather. Relaxed in it watching the snow fall. Thoughtful amenities, more than we needed. Despite his own crate and bed, our dog really loved the dog bed and blanket provided!

The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. We would definitely stay there again if we plan to visit that area in RI. The hot tub was fantastic. Very convenient distance to different restaurants, stores, etc.

The cottage was decorated beautifully. There were thoughtful touches such as tea, coffee, candy, dog bed , dog dishes, and poop bags, cosmetic wipes, and posted helpful info.It was close to the attractions. My husband especially enjoyed the Newport Car Museum which was new to us.

An absolutely amazing retreat. We rented this to stay at while we attended a friends wedding, but it proved to be so much more than a place to crash at. So many thoughtful little touches. We would love to come back when we have more time to enjoy the house itself; the hot tub, the back patio, the cozy living room. Truly a wonderful little house tucked away in the trees.

Vacation in Rhode Island

This is a great house! Everything was exactly as listed on VRBO. Very clean, check in was easy. The hot tub and outdoor area was great. Nice location. Owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding place to stay! Hosts were great! From the moment we arrived we were amazed at how beautifully decorated it was and we all felt at home instantly. The cottage has a nice layout with a nice big yard for the kids to play in and the dog to run around. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rhode Island. Close to beaches and an easy drive to Newport. Sara and Dan make sure everything you need for the stay is available. We would love to return!

Wonderful adventure

Property is nestled away, very peaceful and quiet. Lovely fire pit area. Great location near shops, restaurants of every type, and access to roadways. We explored colleges, many parks on the ocean, Newport, Providence and Narragansett. Loved it all and hope to return. The cottage was wonderfully appointed with everything you need.

Wonderful quiet place to stay

Weekend Stay for LAX Tournament

We stayed at Cozy Cottage while in town for our son’s lacrosse tournament at URI and I can’t underscore enough just how pleased we were with our stay. Sara has truly thought of all the details, right down to the chilled glasses in the freezer! Location is super convenient and the property was exceptionally clean. Sara is also very responsive with her communication and made check-in a breeze. We will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself!

Amazing!

Loved this home! So cozy, warm and inviting. The host make it extra special. It's close to many great places in RI. My only regret is not staying longer. I want to go back! Highly recommend this beautiful rental.
