25 age requirement to book. **Free Beach Chairs & Umbrella Service!** Sunbird Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, right next to the world-famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant. This charming one-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from the delightful balcony, which features ample outdoor seating.
The resort offers three pools (one of which is heated), a tennis court, pickleball and a fitness center. This modern coastal-design condo is fully updated with a contemporary kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a dining table as well as bar seating.
The bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of storage for your clothing. The living room provides ample seating with a queen sleeper sofa, along with a smart TV that has cable. The spacious bathroom features a completely updated tile shower, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. A laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor near the elevators.

As a bonus, enjoy free beach chairs and umbrella service from March 1 to October 31. Relax by the pool or take in the beautiful white sandy beaches just steps from the resort. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and Walmart is conveniently located across the street for grocery pickup or delivery.
We are situated on S Thomas Drive, making us approximately 8 miles from Pier Park to the west and less than 5 miles from St. Andrew's State Park to the east. Pier Park offers great dining, plenty of shopping, and fishing opportunities on the pier. St. Andrew's State Park is a stunning destination where you can camp, fish, take a shuttle to Shell Island, hike, or simply enjoy a walk amidst the picturesque scenery.
Condo 806E is located on the 8th floor at Sunbird Beach Resort. Registration fee on-site. ($30 parking pass $6 wristbands up to 4)

Amazing views🌅

This was my husband and I first time to the Gulf of Mexico and we had such a wonderful time on Panama City Beach! This condo has amazing views,very clean and gives a great romantic beach vibe. This condo comes fully stocked all you have to do is bring yourself,food and maybe a small cooler. Our hosts Kelly & Farrah were amazing and gave great instructions for this condo. We are already planning our next trip for 2026!

Very nice clean & updated condo

This condo was just as described. Very clean property. Condo is beautifully updated. I loved the modern beach decor. Elevator was super fast (unlike other places we've stayed). It was nice to have Pineapple Willys right next door. I would happily stay in this unit again.

A restful vacation

Our condominium in Panama City Beach was exactly what we hoped for; beautiful scenery, convenient location, and a great host.. We had a minor mechanical problem with the condo, and Farah went above and beyond in helping arrange a repair. You don't always see service like that, and we were grateful!

Great location with even better view

Couldn't ask for a better location. The unit inside felt new and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially during sunrise/sunset. We Went down to the beach on Labor Day and didn't have to fight through a large crowd for a spot which was nice. There is even umbrella and loungers you can rent for the day which is a bonus.

We had the best time staying at this condo! It’s conveniently located on the beach, beside Pineapple Willy’s & minutes from Walmart! The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and I! It had everything we needed & felt like home when we were there! We will definitely be revisiting this gem!

Beautiful beach condo!

Great condo on the 8th floor. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Highly recommend. FYI - the washer/dryer are on the 1st floor for use with a credit card, but were available when we needed them.
