The Studio offers a unique stay in a historical movie theater located in downtown Luray. During your stay you will be within walking distance of:

Hawksbill Brewery, which features locally brewed beers on tap

Broad Porch coffee shop, offering breakfast fare and coffee brewed from beans roasted right here in Luray

The Cork wine bar, serving wines from Virginia, as well as from around here the world with delicious lunch and dinner fare

Gathering Grounds Patisserie and Cafe, boasting a varied gourmet breakfast and lunch menu

If a cozy stay in is what you’re looking for we also offer a fully stocked kitchenette and Keurig (K cups are provided).

Also within walking distance are several artisan and craft boutiques along Main Street, such as the Virginia Gift Shop and Nest and Hive.

Further out you will find the Luray Caverns, Blue Ridge Parkway, and various hiking and running trails.

While the building itself has antique charm, you’ll find the Studio is newly renovated with a modern touch with a smart TV and WiFi.

The place is absolutely beautiful! Conveniently located right down town. We loved the movie theater attached and saw two movies. Host gave us check in instructions in a timely manner and was very friendly!

Darling place with great hosts.

Cute studio, well appointed. Responsive and helpful host. Highly recommended. You could definitely cook in the kitchenette, but we chose to enjoy the restaurants in Luray instead.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio was in such a great location in Luray to walk to everything. A short drive takes you to Luray Caverns or Shenandoah National Park. The town is great, and everyone was so friendly! We would stay here again!

Cute and Cozy Studio

The host was great! We loved the location, as we were able to walk to food, drinks and fun. It was perfect to relax at after a day of hiking in Shenandoah.

Cute little apartment

This studio style apartment was perfect for our stay in luray. centered in the middle of the town it was an easy walk to shops, food, and the greenway which we thoroughly enjoyed! Some minor items that could be considered: no shampoo or other like items for shower, not enough coffee pods and no ability to use ground coffee, coffee filter was dirty, and ac unit rattled when it was in use. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place and the owner/manager was very attentive in her replies.

Cute Little Downtown Apt.

Property is done up well and is clean and convenient. Our only negative about our stay is the town is a sleepy town. Everything closes at 5pm and even the restaurants close at 8pm. Not much to do entertainment wise.

Staying in downtown Luray was so charming and fun! The place was so well laid out for a studio and perfect for my small family of 3. The only things that could be improved on is that there could be blackout curtains and better directions. The gps take you blocks away from the actual apartment so we were searching for a bit.

Very nice space!

Beautifully decorated perfect layout with space for our little family! Some refraction from movies when playing but not horrible, otherwise super quiet. One suggestion to make it perfect would be room darkening blinds as there is brighter lights overnight from ally and surrounding buildings. Our host was fantastic with communication and even provided some fun toys for our little one! Great spot to walk and explore the quaint main street shops and restaurants and right near the greenway for a pleasant stroll/run. We will return for future visits to Luray!

Absolutely perfect 💚💚

For my husbands Birthday we researched and booked this p*e*r*f*e*c*t studio for 2 nights. It was super clean and decorated like a NY studio ! Jennifer & Cody were super quick and delightful to deal with. GREAT experience -- We will definitely be back ! !
