Welcome to MNM BNB! This stylish and comfortable space has been newly renovated with you in mind! Only 5 minutes from Downtown, Ballparks, Fountain Square and Newport on the Levee. Take the ferry and a scenic drive to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Fantastic restaurants, with incredible city views, Prima Vista and The Incline Public House are right around the corner. Our homes away from home have been enjoyed by hundreds of world travelers, celebrities, and musicians.

Cozy and Updated Cincinnati Apartment

The apartment is newly renovated and absolutely everything is new and pristine. Mike and Missy are great hosts and made sure everything was perfect on arrival. Communication was great before arrival and during the stay. They took the time to check in the first night and the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. The apartment has all new appliances and the furniture looks great and is comfortable. This is a great place to spend time at, it made a great evening retreat after a long day of out in the city. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and had no issues with any of the neighbors. The place is minutes away from plenty of things to do throughout the city. Will be back if in the area again!

Greatest stay!

Excellent experience renting this property! I’ve rented several different properties and hands down this one was the best. Several added perks like smart TV and updated security on the property makes the overall stay even better!! The hosts are very responsive and very helpful-I cannot recommend this place enough and it deserves far more than 4 stars!!! Thank you again, Mike and Missy!!

We were high school sweethearts that lost each other for 25 years. We reconnected on a popular social media site in 2010, got married in July 2016. Our goal, from there, was to renovate properties and transform them into homes away from home. The prospect of meeting interesting people and sharing stories has been an exciting new chapter in our lives.

Our property is located in the Price Hill Incline District - A Neighborhood on the Rise

The Incline District rests on top of the western section of the former Price Hill Incline. This first incline (train) in Cincinnati opened in 1874 and enabled Price Hill to become a thriving neighborhood known for its first and second generation Irish and German Catholic immigrants. The district has a plethora of views and is extremely close to downtown and expressways.
The Incline District, in which development ranges from the 1850s through today, features Italianate row houses, Shingle and Queen Anne Victorians, Colonials, and many varieties of Arts and Crafts four squares and bungalows.

Completely renovated in 2022 with Original Hardwood Floors and 10' ceilings. New electric logs in the Rookwood Fireplace. Although we are just minutes from down town, you will likely see many types of wildlife.
