This is your cozy getaway in Cincinnati! This adorable house has 3 bedrooms including 1 king Sleep Number Bed with foot warmer and under bed lighting and 2 full size beds with TVs in each room and workspace. This tranquil retreat offers a renovated kitchen and bathroom. This property is a great place to call homebase while you're away on a weekend getaway or business, We hope you enjoy your stay and don't forget to step out on the covered porch we call the "upper deck for a spectacular view of the Kentucky rolling hills! A perfect sitting place for your morning coffee and evening glass of wine.
This is a two-family and your stay is on the second floor. You need to be able to walk upstairs from the street to the front door and then again to your space.
Coming in for business... we have plenty of workspace and are just minutes from UC Hospitals, P&G, Kroger Corporate, Xavier, Medpace and Northern KY businesses and colleges.
Five minutes to Great American Ballpark and PayCor Stadium. 10 minutes to TQL stadium.
Absolutely NO SMOKING and this is NOT a PARTY HOUSE.

Perfectly wonderful, quiet location for a weekend family getaway. Host was super friendly and easy to reach when needed. Rooms were surprisingly spacious for a small three bedroom - never felt cramped. Very clean and well maintained. Parking was never a problem. The outdoor balcony was a great bonus space as well. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptionally clean property. Great hosts. Prime location near many walkable places. Easy access to downtown and the entire metro Cincinnati area. The upper level porch is a great option for relaxing with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Would stay again without any hesitation.

We had a great stay here for a weekend in Cincinnati. The house was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, and it had everything we needed for the weekend.The host was excellent about communication, sending detailed arrival information several days ahead of time that was accurate and easy to follow. We had no issues getting in or getting settled, and the host checked in with us shortly after arrival and again during the weekend. Responses were always quick. There was also plenty of street parking, just as described.The balcony was a bonus—we enjoyed it for morning coffee, some midday sun, and relaxing in the evening. The location was also perfect for us. The neighborhood is lovely (and quiet), there are several restaurants just steps away, and it’s an easy drive to plenty of other places in both Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.Overall, this was a great home base for exploring the area, and we’d happily stay here again.

A lovely, comfortable and clean place. The balcony was a nice feature. The sleep number bed super comfortable. Great location and nice walkable area.Karen and Allyn were the quintessential hosts and even loaned us some tools when we needed them for our car. Also appreciated the snacks and coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. The 3 bedrooms were very nice - would suggest more mirrors with lighting. The porch was lovely. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Quick stay.

This place is top notch. It’s not only is the place beautiful but it’s quit. They a wonderful place to relax. It’s a place you can stay for a weekend or a week. The landlord’s are great!
