The Good:Amazing views, beautiful condo, and great amenities. The location offers easy access to everything, making for a wonderful stay overall.The Challenges:Maintenance: The gate codes rarely worked, and we had to call maintenance for a broken freezer and a faulty stove element.Housekeeping: Trash bags and dishwasher pods were missing despite being listed in the welcome letter.Overall:An amazing experience despite a few functional issues. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit is beautiful and we loved the fact that there were no bunks but regular beds for adults. There was one window shade in the living room that has been removed and in the afternoon you could not block the sun if you wanted, but other than that it was a wonderful experience.

The condo is nicely decorated however upon arrival we noticed several maintenance issues. One most concerning was the unit was not cleaned adequately. There was a plastic cup underneath the ottoman in the master bedroom along with a broken window shade. I read a previous review that stated the same complaint . There were children’s socks, crumbs and dirt beneath the living room sofa. A large window in this same area did not have a window shade. There was misplaced trash inside garbage receptacle. The freezer was frozen nearly shut. We spent 45 minutes or better trying to thaw it to be able to use it. Once we were able to open it, there was a left over item inside the freezer. The “ice maker” was labeled do not use. This was not a recent malfunction, as there was debris brown on color that was located inside the unit. Another, major miss in this unit, no ability to have ICE. I contacted the property management company, Vacation Life Properties, who resent a cleaner to the unit. Victor spent over an hour and 45 minutes cleaning the unit with supervision. I never heard back from Haley, Calista or anyone else regarding my concerns. At this price, I would expect the owners would want their investment to be a 5 star unit, to which it is not! I took the time to google the management company and saw that they have similar complaints with cleanliness and communication. My 3rd stay at Tide Water least favorite unit…

Overall great experience

Great location, great condo, everything was super clean. The only bummer was that the indoor pool wasn’t heated when we got there because the heater broke, but definitely not their fault.

Very Nice Condo

Beautiful condo. Went in December so the property wasn't busy and didn't have to wait for elevators or anything. Enjoyed the stay. Will say though all the "rules" and fines you get after you book are quite intimidating.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect! The only complaint would be the amount of chemicals they put in the indoor pool, my son actually got a chemical burn on his face. There are two other outdoor pools so we just avoided the indoor. We will definitely stay again next spring break!

Booking, check in/out were very smooth. Parking garage is gated, well lit, monitored, spacious and clean to include dedicated spaces for load/unloading. Luggage carts are plenty and easy to access. Amenities are easy to find and access. Very clean! Staff is warm and friendly. The unit is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, clean, plenty of storage and stunning views. This unit accommodated our family nicely. Would definitely book again.

The condo was very nice. Just a suggestion to help improve the stay: There were ants around the island in the kitchen, the remote for the living room fan did not work so it stayed on high all the time, the batteries were dead in most of the tv remotes and some of the elevators were out of service which made the waits long.

Spectacular Views

My family and I loved the property. Love the views from the 29 floor. We watched a turtle go by every morning while having coffee. The rates were great. Saw complaints about the elevators but we didnt really have any problems. Of course if you're on the 29 floor you're going to have to wait a minute or so. Overall we had a great time.

Friends 30 yr reunion …at Panama

Outstanding rental. Beautiful, high end furnishings, well stocked, would rent again. Large condominium….we are a group of 56 to 63 year olds…place was great in mid September. I have a feeling if you go during peak it would be overcrowded for a group that likes a little privacy. But have saved the number for any trip during off season!

Maybe just the bars from outside the balcony need to be fixed , there was a broken one & we couldn’t even let our kids outside . But besides that it was a very pretty condo.

Family Vacay 2024 @ 2901

The stay was awesome. My family and I will be returning next year around the same time. Pre-check in was quick and easy. Loved the ocean and the city view. Just FYI: The wall vents need cleaning bad. the ice maker was nasty. Wasn’t able to use it. Overall my family and I Really enjoyed our 5 day stay. See ya next year

We enjoyed our stay

The location is good, right on the beach. The only thing is you need to get to another place to get cart for loading packages. The road outside of the hotel is under construction, not good for walk. It's clean and have most of kitchen tools that needed. The main ceiling light in the living room does not work, fortunately there are other lights, so it was fine. The view is wonderful. I like the bright color decoration in the apartment. We had a good time.

End of summer getaway :)

Six of us wanted a getaway and this was the perfect place. The rooms are set up nicely and the views are amazing from the 29th floor. Perfect location for getting to Pier Park and a short drive to 30A. Having the on-site store was nice and sneaking down for ice cream was perfect. The only thing I will say that is a negative is the wait for elevators. Don’t try to use during check in or out hours. This is the first time staying in such a large hotel so some may be use to that. Overall a great place. Would stay here again.

The convenience of this property is a big bonus and the view just makes everything even more spectacular! I do apologize for the elevator wait times as we have tried many attempts to reach out to the resort on behalf of our guests, unfortunately we can only manage the unit itself and have no control over the resort amenities. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 25 years.

Registration NOT INCLUDED IN GRAND TOTAL and must be paid by guests separately-
1 Bedroom - $35 plus tax
2 Bedroom - $48 plus tax
3 Bedroom - $60 plus tax
$10.00 fee will be added to all bedroom fees for late registration (late registration is registering with less than 24 hours of arriving at the property for check in).
