The Space:
Conveniently park in 2 Free Assigned Parking Spaces. Go up 1 flight of stairs to Unit #3 and enter with a lock code. So that everyone may enjoy a restful stay, please be mindful that you have neighbors above you and in back of you. Please note this unit is on the back side of the building facing the street.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood feels less commercialized than other parts of Myrtle Beach. Overall, North Myrtle Beach tends to be less crowded and loud than Myrtle Beach. You are in close proximity to the beach and you can drive in just a few minutes to Main Street for dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Be sure to check out neighborhood favorite, Melt Ice Cream!
Getting Around:
We highly recommend having a car for transport! However, there are also taxis and Ubers.

Parking at the beach: Between March 1 – October 1, 2022 a daily parking fee of $2 per hour will be in place from 9 a.m.- 5.pm. in public parking lots on either side of Ocean Boulevard. You can download the Passport Parking app and pay directly from your phone.

Nice beach house
The place was clean and big enough that the 5 adults weren't crowded. Was reasonably priced for being across from the beach. Recommend staying there. Possibly coming back myself at a later date.

Emily was a great host and very responsive. The condo is in a great location and while comfortable, there are definitely things that need attention. The floors were warped, and not cleaned. Neither were the bathrooms - there was hair in the tub and sink, the shower liner was filthy and the towels were stained. The lights in the main bedroom and kitchen did not work (a lamp was brought in for us to use). Also, the kitchen has the bare minimum of cutlery (odd number of forks and spoons - nothing in a complete set) and the pans were not in great shape at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay - it was a comfortable place to sleep - we and loved the location and proximity to the beach. I just think the overall cleaning needs and upkeep of the condo needs attention.

Place was filthy
Pictures very deceiving, when we walked in first look was a couch that looked like a crime scene! The place hadn’t been steeped or cleaned but yet a sanitary Sash was placed on the toilet seats. So had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies, there was nothing in the unit but water filled dish soap. Next morning woke up and in the bathroom was a roach, immediately I emailed person of contact to get they will come and treat it, but nasty in the email! Claiming I was blowing it out of proportion! I didn’t pay to stay in a roach motel!!! When they came to spray they just left globs of spray all over! Finally the maintenance crew came the next day, showed them windows don’t open, under the beds never cleaned, pictures never washed down, lights didn’t work on steps, fans backwards ( for winter and couldn’t figure out how to use) air conditioning vents absolutely filthy but garbage can covering it! They personally said it was gross, but never sent anyone to come and clean it! It was absolutely GROSS! When they walked in, he said a new couch was going to be delivered the following day, NEVER showed up!
So needless to say an entire week was pretty stressful wondering if roaches were going to show back up! Locking luggage up, shaking everything all the time! Lot of extra work considering it was a vacation!
It was an R/R property so beware when searching!
This was a horrible experience and for the money they get, it’s pretty shameful!

1. Cleanliness: The unit is professionally cleaned prior to every guest’s arrival, and I ensure that high standards are maintained. You did not mention any cleaning issues during your stay, which would have allowed me to send the cleaning team back immediately to address your concerns.
2. Pest Control: As I explained, the unit is treated regularly by pest control professionals. However, being close to the beach, occasional insects can still find their way in. You reported one single roach. I responded promptly to your report and arranged for treatment immediately, but I do not believe my response was “nasty,” as I simply explained the situation.
3. Maintenance Concerns: The claims regarding the furniture, windows, and cleaning under the beds were not brought to my attention during your stay except for seeing one roach. Additionally, the couch replacement was already scheduled, but unforeseen delays prevented it from being delivered during your stay.
Your feedback feels exaggerated and does not align with the experience of other guests who have stayed in this property. I am truly sorry your stay was stressful, but I want to reassure future guests that I take cleanliness and maintenance concerns very seriously and address them promptly when they are reported.
