Location is Everything! This recently built luxury duplex offers the perfect home base for whatever brings you to The Valley of Sun. Minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, A short drive to some of the finest golf courses the Valley offers, walking distance to all that Mill Ave has to offer,, you can't go wrong staying in central Tempe. ASU, Spring Training, golf, light rail, it is all close. With 3 large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom you may not want to leave!

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, luxurious king size bed and large smart TV with Netflix account. The large kitchen provides the perfect opportunity for those who want to cook and eat in. With a comfortable living area just off the kitchen gatherings become what they were meant to be!

Guests will have access to the full 1500 square foot space, including the 2 car garage.

With the electronic door locks and code you will receive, you won't ever have to see us as hosts! Of course, if there is a problem we are available to resolve any issue.

Located just south of the famous Mill Avenue, the location couldn't be better. 3 blocks to the east is the renowned ASU Gammage Center. 8 blocks north you can catch the Light Rail and be in downtown Phoenix or East Mesa in mere minutes.

Public bus, light rail, Sky Harbor Airport, public scooters, Uber, Lyft, all are close and readily available.

Wonderful place!

I stayed here with my cousins visiting my brother, a student at ASU for the week. It was a perfect location for not feeling surrounded by the hectic crowds but a quick walk/drive away from the campus and downtown area. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to check in and communication with the owner was great. Highly highly recommend!!

Location location location!

Perfect spot for walking around fun Tempe. The 3 large king rooms with own bathroom was key for us. Open, modern and clean. Communication with the owners was easily available. This will be our next stay when in Tempe!!

Just what we needed.

This property worked well for us. My parents met up with my wife and I, so the bedrooms all having their own private bathroom was perfect. The use of the garage was also a major bonus.

Wonderful Find in Tempe

The property is clean and well maintained. Online listing was perfect. Check in and check out was easy as can be and communication with properties owners was timely and helpful. Next time we need a place in the Tempe area, this will be the first choice.

Modern Clean Place right off Campus

We stayed here for a conference on campus at ASU... the place was clean and nice.. the host provided information for check in check out in a timely way... it was a very nice place... everything appeared practically brand new...

I want to give this place a 5 star review because for the most part it was excellent! However a few minor things bring it to a 4 for me. Overall location is great if you’re visiting ASU, but I’m not sure I would feel completely safe outside at night in this particular neighborhood. Nothing happened, it just feels a little sketchy. The entry to the house is in an alley. If you come into the alley off 11th street, the alley is clear and clean, but if you go down the alley past the house (or enter from 10th street) the alley is full of debris and there was someone digging through the garbage. Aside from that, the interior of the house is just as described. Each bedroom is very spacious with its own closet and bathroom and TV. Beds and bedding was comfortable. Even though the walls are shared with another unit, we didn’t hear any noise from the other side. The one thing I was concerned about was the cleanliness. While it appears very clean and sleek, the kitchen sink still had brussel sprouts in the garbage disposal and the oven mitts were soo dirty. I wondered why they hadn’t been thrown in the washer. The stove had white spills as if something had boiled over and leaked down toward the oven but wasn’t cleaned. The kitchen towel also had some yellow stains(?) on them, which isn’t a big deal if it was stains, but because the oven mitts were so dirty I wondered if the kitchen towel hadn’t been washed either. Anyway, everything else seemed sufficiently clean! We enjoyed it!!

In Tempe for Family Event - daughter's Dissertation Defense at ASU

My husband and I, and two adult children stayed at the house. The kitchen was cozy and right by a nice sitting/tv area making eating and chatting convenient. The bedrooms were large and each had their own bathroom plus a bathroom downstairs. Everything was nice and neat and new. There was off street parking available. The location was walkable to ASU and our daughter's house which made it convenient for us. We did a lot of walking in the area to restaurants and parks, very nice, safe area. Being a duplex, as stated, there is really no outside area to hang out in, but, for us, that wasn't a problem as we were busy elsewhere. And, the inside was very nice.

Thanksgiving

Great communication when there was a short in power in a bedroom. He sent an electrician ASAP. A little under stocked but we ate out a lot so it didn’t affect us. Nice having a bath for every bedroom.

The perfect home if you are going to do Tempe Ironman.

I’m super happy to found this property. From beginning to end was perfect. Our host Todd was great with all the communication. We enjoyed a lot our stay and the location is awesome you have access to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. If you are planning to visit Tempe for the Ironman this house is a walking distance from where all the event is happening.
